I have never been so happy with the quality of service and friendliness of the employees not only at a storage facility but at any business as I am when dealing with these guys. I recommend them to everyone who has a storage need now or in the future.

Just received a letter from Secure-it saying that 'Due to the rising cost of our expanding economy, starting 07-20-2022 any payment taken via credit card will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee per transaction.". They state that all other payments, including checks, will not have a price increase. The text regarding the rising cost of our expanding economy sounds like a bogus reason to increase the cost for anyone using a credit card, including those on auto-pay. I'm calling BS and that this is just an excuse to increase the fees. It's not going to break me and we will keep our locker, but come on. I feel like I'm being lied to. There is no mention to increase on credit card fees. I would like to think that someone watching over my locker is someone who doesn't make up stories.

Use caution when renting from this company. Even after someone passes away, and the unit is cleared of all this persons belongings before the start of the new month, they still make the deceased person's family pay for one more month of the unit with nothing in it. The managers/staff members are disrespectful in their tone of voice and demeanor toward customers. They avoid replying via email and will not pass emails to corporate for a reply. So many other options for storage in Spokane. I would go with a different company.

We checked around and they were competitively priced. Though not the lowest, it was a convenient location for us. Nice office staff, never had a problem. The contract states they charge one month if vacating one day late, so we vacated in time. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

MICE, MICE, MICE. Don't care about them? Then here is probably ok. Started out feeling good about this place to store daughters belongings while her house closed. Specifically asked about rodent control. Was told they have someone contracted to take care of that. DO NOT believe them! We used the unit for 2 1/2 months. We found mouse droppings and chewing signs in about half of what was stored. Yeah, I get that mice get into EVERYTHING, but when asked specifically and was told they had someone monitoring that, I am a bit dismayed. The move out day was particularly fun with a group of people parked every which way in front of our unit and no way to get to it. The storage unit place was very pointed on which way to park and drive through the units. Again, that didn't happen. When all this was brought to their attention the reply was, "Gee, sorry about that." I would say if you are thinking of renting here, there are so many other places that probably do a better job and don't tell you what you want to hear.

Called in checking prices around the area. Spoke with Kevin and he knew the competitor and wanted to beat his pricing. Next day Kevin calls back checking up and missed his call, so I call back later and get another employee who has to call Kevin to check the pricing quoted. Called me back and says sorry we cannot help you, that price wasn't quoted and to look else where. Hahaha what a joke being called a liar for one, and two Kevin can't even call me himself. You should start a call back list with notes and prices quoted rather than trying to remember conversations or play the call forwarding game. I will take my business to someone who cares to earn it and encourage you to do the same. Customer service is horrible just like the other reviews mention.

I needed a storage unit, Secure It had good rates and was close to home. The staff were helpful and polite UNTIL it was time to end my contract and I worked with Kevin. I signed my vacate notice and turned off my auto pay. Kevin called me and and threatened to have my lock cut and my possessions thrown out at cost to me. When I explained that I was leaving at the end of the month Kevin told me to hold a moment while he looked at my account. Kevin apparently turned my autopay back on then told me he had everything worked out- I was confused as to why he was calling me and why he was so rude when I had taken care of my account already. I called early on the 30th before my account was to be settled to ask why I had been charged on the 29th for the next month when I ended my contract. I spoke with Kevin again. He told me someone had made a mistake, I should have been out on the 29th, then refused to close my account as I waited down the block getting coffee before coming to remove my lock. He told me it was my fault for not being out on the 29th never mind the paperwork. Kevin did not put all of our phone conversations into the computer, he did write part of the last conversation and said I blamed the company. I think if you need to rent at secure it DO NOT do business with Kevin though the others are kind. I would offer more stars but Kevin did not properly document discussions which should be an aspect of his job. He is rude with no customer service ability. Kevin told me Secure It does not believe in serving their customers.
