Useless fake cops. Not sure what they actually do? When you call, they act like it's the first time someone has spoken over the phone. I hope these local apartment complexes and businesses are paying top dollar for fast-food level service. Useless.

Rude. Hangs up on people. Doesn’t always show up when called. Have personally been yelled at when I’ve called to report something and was asked if I was even a tenant there. Just half-a$$ed employers there working for a paycheck.

When I called I could not get a hold of a person. It wanted me to enter a code to go into a conference call. Other than that they do Patrol our apartment complex twice a night so that gives me peace of mind.
