Don't use this place unless you want your stuff covered in mouse droppings. Nothing like paying $200 a month to have your things ruined.

It is a little expensive and they have a few to many threats of additional fines and fees if you don't comply within their chosen dates.

Great customer service. Initially got a unit that wasn't ready when we got there but they effectively and quickly took care of us and began a transfer process to a different unit right away.

Moving is stressful and hard enough as it is and coming here and meeting with Michelle Was just a beautiful and easy fun experience I love the showing room The whole place is extremely clean. The staff is very friendly. I feel proud that I made the choice to store my belongings here. I wouldn’t want them anywhere else because at least I know here that They are safe. I would recommend them over and over and they have some great specials.

DO NOT BOTHER!!!! We are out thousands of dollars due to a leaky unit. Owner claimed no responsibility, all but laughed in our faces when we asked her to help us find a solution. We spoke with insurance and they can’t cover because she claims it “normal wear and tear”. Don’t bother bringing your things here to keep safe. Apparently standing water in an indoor unit is totally normal to this “responsible” business owner. We are appalled at the lack of support, we are small business owners and store our equipment in the off season. We have to start all over and they couldn’t even be bothered to comp us a month of rent while we work on a solution.

Update!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unit is now filled with mold and becoming an hazardous unit! And you guessed it! Still not a single person from self storage nor Douglas properties is addressing any of these issues!!!!! Stay far away from this company!!!!!Absolutely the WORST customer service. But even worse company handling a water leak into my unit that damaged thousands of dollars and then to have a response of “we have no obligation to address the property that is damaged, that’s why you have insurance” this company wants me to file a claim through my insurance because their roof is leaking! Terrible I will be moving asap
