I went in to Sephora overwhelmed and having no idea where to start. I’m pale and have freckles, so I always struggle to find face products that work on my combination skin, don’t look orange, and feel good on my skin. Ari was super helpful and asked what I already had at home product-wise, what I was looking for, and my budget before giving me multiple options. She tried on different shades on my skin and was super knowledgeable. She was patient, friendly, and made me feel better about shopping and color matching in-store. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you Ari!

I booked myself for a hydra facial at the Sephora in downtown Spokane WA mall and was deeply disappointed. It first started when my appointment “supposedly” wasn’t in their system even though I received multiple email confirmations AND text message confirmations confirming my appointment. I showed these to the employees and still were giving me trouble about not being able to fit me in. They had me wait 40 min to see if someone could finally do it since I already paid and the employee who did come around, Amanda, was visibly sick. She even told me she was sick and still proceeded to be around my face with no mask and/or any sanitary precautions. I tried my best to be patient and understanding but Amanda did a horrible job. She didn’t complete the hydra facial (only took 15 min which on avg takes 30-40min) and also forgot to do my lips which I paid for. I should’ve asked for a refund for the whole experience but I just wanted to get out of there. Never again will I go to this Sephora again for any skincare appointments. They clearly are not sanitary and regardless if you have appointment confirmations they will “not have you in their system”. Complete disappointment, go somewhere else for your skincare needs.

When they quit offering samples, i basically quit buying my cologne at separate. Went recently to look for cologne for my brother. There were three employees chatting to involved to see i was looking at men's cologne. Spent a lot of money over the years. Now I'll spend it elsewhere.😥

Unfortunately the QR code on the receipt doesn’t scan to take the survey so I’ll post a review here! Amanda was amazing and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! 10/10 will ask for her again in the future.

Terrible customer service skills from all the employees I encountered. Threw my bag at me basically at checkout and didn’t say a word to me besides “put your phone number in”.

Denise is really unpleasant to interact with. Snatches things out of my hands when i check out and is always annoyed when I use cash. Everyone else is so sweet though.

I adore Sephora. The beauty consultants are lovely. I however am disappointed by many testers being unavailable and also please be mindful and wipe testers down regularly. I’ve noticed this store has gotten considerably better about keeping the store stocked (I know that’s not something you can always control) and products are faced and straight. This is a huge factor for me when I go into the store. It shows pride and hustle when the store is extremely tidy. This store is regularly busy and I’m always offered assistance with a smile.

I went to Sephora wanting to upgrade by drug store makeup on a budget. Emma was fabulous, I love all three of my purchases. Emma, was knowledgeable and her customer service is amazing

Kierstin needs a raise!! She has helped me multiple times and she really know her stuff! She has solved multiple makeup problems for me by recommending the perfect products. She quickly glances at my skin and knows exactly what shade to pull or what the actual issue is. I came in looking for a different foundation because I've been so oily. She was the one who recommended the current foundation and instead of giving me a different foundation, she listened to my complaints and recommended a different primer... and it solved my issue right away. I will definitely come back just to see her. She's definitely an asset in this field of work.
