I have used Shaw for a couple of small plumbing repairs and my experiences were so positive that they were the only company I considered when I needed my sewer line replaced (Trenchless Cure-in-Place Piping). The entire process from quote to scheduling to coordination through to project completion was seamless. What I think really stands out about Shaw is the people. All of their team members have been so friendly and informative. I'm grateful to have a go-to company that I trust.

Staff was professional and quick. They kept me up to date with their progress. Despite an excavation in my yard for the job being done, staff was able to keep the works site contained and not dirty up my house. Would use this business again for big plumbing jobs.

The guys that came out to our home were very perfectionist,,kept us informed on things they found, what needed to be done. They checked everything three times so it was up to there standards. Even wanted to wash my kitchen floor as mud was tracked in. I told them it was fine, I’d do it. The next day inspectors came out, an before we knew it they had covered the pipes,,filled in the holes & was gone before we knew it. I will definitely recommend Shawn Trenchless to anyone that has plumbing issues. Thank you again .Denise Davis

I had roots problem that damage my very old sewer pipe. It needed to be replaced, I had another company bid, then I called Shaw for another bid. Shaw was few grand cheaper than the first company, so I hired Shaw to get our pipes replaced. No regrets here, they were awesome, job was done in 2 days, they were professional, efficient, fast, and the office was so responsive with all my questions. they assured me that there will be no more problems in many years to come. ( I had another clog problem before the schedule, I called Shaw and they were able to get another company to clear our pipes in the meantime time while waiting for the scheduled pipe replacement job.) I highly recommend them to anyone that needs sewer pipe replacement. -Richell T.

They replaced a main water line from the city to the house. Instead of trenching down to the recommended depth the entire length of the pipe, they used soft coper and arched it in the middle, leaving the water line exposed under the house. $4,000 for a one day job, left partially unfinished and unprofessional. I asked them to at least come and insulate the line and due to lack of communication and scheduling it took 6 attempts and a month to actually complete. My suggestion would be VERY DETAILED if you need any work done.
