I had a gallon of paint from Parker that turned out to be about 1/2 a shade off. I went in expecting to purchase a gallon, instead they re-matched and mixed the color and replaced my gallon. My experience was very good.

Pretty disappointing sales experience. They initially charged me about 20 dollars more than what they quoted over the phone. I had to go back to get my refund. When I went back I brought back a gallon of the same color paint they use in all the Aho homes, and they wouldn't take it back. Bad customer service in my opinion.
