I bought a pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas. She tried them on and one is a size 8 and the other a 9. I just tried to exchange them and was told that by store manager Daniel, that unless they have other mismatched boots in the back, they can’t do anything. Disputed with my cc company so hopefully I can get my money back.

their staff likes to take pictures of people walking around outside of the mall and laughing at them behind their gate!! really disrespectful i've been SHOPPING there for yearsss and they want to be really unprofessional and pick on a bunch of teenagers

My wife purchased a pair of shoes to be delivered. The same day, my wife called and cancelled the order. Our credit card was charged immediately and still 10 days later, the charge has not been reversed. My wife contacted customer support, and the person said "there was nothing from her side that she could do and that it’s up to the credit card company and our bank from here." This is a strange response. I do not recommend a company that does this kind of thing.Follow-up on this. As you can see below, the store responded and asked me to contact customer support. But they obviously did not read the review. I said we already did that "My wife contacted customer support, and the person said "there was nothing from her side that she could do and that it’s up to the credit card company and our bank from here."I ended up disputing it with my credit card company. The CC company immediately accepted my request and I was refunded. This will probably mean that the merchants will receive a negative mark by the CC company.

Came in with my 13 year old daughter earlier in the day. Some worker with glasses was being a complete creep and staring at my daughters body up and down and got too close. Had to leave without buying anything because of him. Sad to see how men like him are hired in places like this.
