DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE HORRIBLE BEDS! If you enjoy sleep or relations with your partner avoid this bed at all costs. The queen bed is a side by side air mattress covered with foam, nothing more. For $3000 you get 2 air mattresses that sag in the middle so bad don't even try sleeping on your side. The sleep number settings are not accurate or consistent. Changing from 100 to 50 makes no difference and is executed immediately by the app with no response by the bed so how is 50 and 100 the same? But 35 to 30 is like letting all the air out and your bottomed out. Honestly, I slept better in jail.Do not accept free delivery for the base because you cannot return the base. Returning the mattress costs $249 so the 100 night sleep guarantee is deceptive and a scam. Worst purchase I ever made by far.

So, this store is fine, to be fair. But as a whole, be careful buying a Sleep Number bed. They work great if/when they work correctly, but their ‘warranty’ is a joke. They don’t replace parts, they just give you a discount off of what they consider their full retail price, which we all know is at a ridiculous markup. And that discount decreases yearly. When you’re investing this much money in a bed with a warranty, you don’t expect to have to go out of pocket within the warranty period if something goes wrong. That’s not what warranty means. Just be honest and say if something goes wrong, we will give you a discount on parts, but don’t claim that it’s a warranty. Horrible misrepresentation. I have two sleep number beds, and I am incredibly disappointed to find this out.

My wife and I had a great experience with Gavin Garrett at your N. Division store in Spokane, WA. Gavin is a perfect example of professionalism and customer caring. His extensive knowledge of not only the various Sleep Number products / accessories, but also the tips and means he offered to achieve a restful night's sleep were greatly appreciated and proved to be invaluable. He responded to my many questions with the patience and knowledge of a seasoned professional. It was obvious that his responses were accurate and to the point without any of the typical "salesmanship" often experienced elsewhere. Without question, Gavin earned our trust and confidence --which resulted in the purchase of a 360 Smart Bed ---our third Sleep Number over the past 30+ years.

We purchased a new Sleep Number bed to replace the one we purchased 19 years ago. The upgrades that have been made in the last 19 years were demonstrated by the staff. Mary Katherine was knowledgeable, professional and helpful.The gentlemen that delivered the bed arrived early after calling to make sure that worked for our schedule. They set up our new bed, explained how it works and took our old mattress and base away.Overall, it was a great experience. AND we love the new mattress.

Mary Catherine was very knowledgeable and helpful. She walked us through the whole system of the Sleep Number Beds. She answered all of our questions and took us from bed to bed adjusting each one to our number to help us decide what we wanted. It was nice having great customer service.
