We purchased a Sleep Number P5 mattress from the Spokane store. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful in us picking the right model.
The mattress was delivered to Moscow. John and Robert were quite friendly and a great pleasure while doing our installation. John did the software installation and explained all the features in great detail, which we appreciated. Robert helped with the heavy lifting. Both John and Robert made our installation a terrific experience.
We thank everyone for their help in getting the right mattress for us!

Can’t stand the bed we ordered and now they say we have signed an agreement to keep for 30 days instead of scheduling a pick up.
To respond to your response: Sleep Number sells what is essentially a glorified air mattress, wrapped up in flashy marketing and a sky-high price tag. I expected premium comfort and support, but instead got a bed that felt more like a camp mattress with bells and whistles. You’re literally sleeping on air—plastic air chambers inside the mattress that deflate or inflate based on a number you pick.
But the worst part? Trying to return it. They make the process nearly impossible. Hidden fees, confusing policies, and customer service that conveniently “forgets” to mention certain return conditions until it’s too late. And forget about a full refund—by the time you’re done jumping through hoops, you’re out hundreds of dollars and stuck with a bulky piece of disappointment.
Save your money and buy a real mattress from a company that actually stands behind their product

Do not ever buy a bed from sleep number. They are the biggest scammers and liars. I am a full time college student, about to be a first time mother, and was just looking for a comfortable bed, these people tell you to “try the bed out for a 100 day trial to see if you like it and if you don’t return or exchange it” the bed was AWFUL. No where near worth the almost $5,000 they charged for it. I decide to return it before my 100 days are up because it’s an awful bed and two I’m struggling just to pay my rent while trying to go to school and realized it was a bad financial decision on my end. I return the bed and now have received a bill from them for $500 just for “returning their product” the customer service lady just kept yelling at me and telling me “This isn’t a 100 day free trial!!!!” Even though that’s what they tell you in the store….. I was LIED TO, taken advantage of, all of the above all because they were upset I returned their HORRIBLE PRODUCT. It makes 0 sense on why they should be making money off of anybody who returned their items. It’s ABSURD. Be aware, if you return anything they will charge you almost $300 fee just to come pick up the item and will turn around and then decide to charge you another almost $300 for the “initial delivery” even though if you keep the stupid bed it’s “free”. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

100% the best customer service. From the moment I walked into the store until, well the great service is still happening. Jeff, the store manager spent over an hour with me, teaching me about their sleep number beds and how easy they are to program. I can’t wait until I get to sleep on my Sleep Number bed.

My wife and I were in need of new pillows. I've heard nothing but great things about Sleep Number. I went in, and Jim was there to help us. Any question I had, he was ready. He carried all the knowledge my wife and I needed. Got the pillows. Next time we walk in, it will be for a bed. Thanks again to Jim for helping us. A very kind and knowledgeable man.

I was helped by Jeff Bowman, I had went to a couple local mattress places and wasn’t impressed but anything. The salesperson, warranty, pricing, even the quality and materials used didn’t really draw me in. Once I was in store with Jeff right away I knew I was getting the best service and product available. He catered to our needs as far as budget and also comfort. Lots of friendly staff and a lot of bed knowledge. Now I’ll be sleeping with the best knowing I’ve spent my hard earned Pennie’s wisely as these quickly become a 2k+ investment. Highly recommended!
