I had several problems trying to get my stereo installed when I bought it. They ranged from: the store closing early when I drove 50 miles to drop my jeep off, the stereo that I ordered was not available when I finally got my Jeep in to have the install done so I had to pick a different one, the stereo did not work once I had it installed so I had to bring it back down. They did try to make amends by replacing my amplifier for free and gave me the stereo and speakers at cost. If you do buy from Snow's, make sure to ask for Steven Waters to do the install. When I brought my Jeep back to have the stereo fixed, he did the work on it and it sounds AMAZING!

I’ve visited Snow’s Auto Repair several times, and each experience has been consistently disappointing. Each time I called or stopped by, I was told to bring my vehicle in because they could help. However, once I arrived, the staff would simply stand around my car with their hands in their pockets, offering no meaningful assistance.
During my most recent visit, I was told to come in because they had some of the parts I needed. When I arrived, the employee who instructed me to come down — a temporary, newly appointed general manager — wasn’t even available. When he eventually came out, he provided no real help, repeated suggestions I had already explained I had already tried, and couldn’t recall key details from our prior conversation. When I pointed out the issue, he walked away and left me standing on the sidewalk with no guidance.
At that point, I immediately left and went to a nearby O’Reilly’s, where the staff helped me right away without any hassle.
Because of repeated issues with poor communication, lack of effort, and overall unprofessional customer service, I strongly recommend that others avoid Snow’s Auto Repair. My experiences make it clear that customer care is not a priority at this shop.

Went in there a week ago to price a lift for my truck. They quoted me 1000.00 over what any one else wanted for the same exact lift and told me theyd explore some other options and talk to the mechanic and call me back. They never did, im thankfull for that. Zero stars for these cats.

I wanted snow auto to install a radio and backup camera for me. They messed it up the first time by installing the wrong radio. After they “fixed” it I went home to use my new setup. The steering wheel controls would sometimes work and sometimes not work. Me and my dad opened it up and fixed it our selves. After a while the whole radio shut down. After we opened it they used terrible connectors that wouldn’t work and broke a plastic piece. Me and my dad ended up redoing all the work and paid them $1290 for nothing. Would not recommend this place.

After hearing continual ads on the radio for Snows auto I checked out their ad online. I showed my husband a stereo, speakers and a backup camera for his Jeep. He went down there yesterday and the employee said they didn't have any Labor Day specials and didn't know what he was talking about.

Everyone here is super nice.Their prices are very competitive.
Best and most reliable tint place in Spokane!
IF YOU HAVE A SUNROOF, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! Spend $87 and let Snow's use the ceramic tint. It blocks 99% of UV rays. You won't feel the heat or get sunb I rnt. Use the sunroof window the way it was intended!!!!

I went in to get a underglow estimate for my Kawasaki Ninja. I brought the lights in and they said is will be $250-$300 with a three hour install. When I showed up for my appointment four days later they told me it would take 5-6 hours costing $600. After they have already looked and everything. Then I find out there installer does not even have his motorcycle endorsement. He was getting it today. Ok………….. so needless to say they went back on there word or the original estimate they gave me. I will not be bring them by business. Be very careful how much they are charging you and if they can even do the work. Kinda a joke. Very very unprofessional. $600 to install six led lights. That’s one light a hour. CRAZY!

I payed $390 for all around tint but no windshield on my Honda accord coupe and after coming in for The first appointment it had to be rescheduled because of a mixup And then after coming back in for the second appointment, the job wasn’t $390 worth. I then came in a third time and they worked out most of the bubbles which I am very grateful for I just personally believe for the amount of money spent and all the problems this should look perfect.
