I love Spokane Barre! The team is welcoming, the space is beautiful, the music is energizing, and each instructor’s style is uniquely different. You’re encouraged to listen to your body, focus on your breath, and take what you need from each posture. I love starting my morning or ending my day shaking with this community!

Spokane Barre is the original barre studio to open in Spokane. Locally owner and operated since 2013, SB has grown to develop into a barre class that is balanced for the body offering high intensity but low impact work that is most certainly challenging for the most advanced and to novice clients alike. SB instructors offer modifications and layer in options to increase the intensity. Using not only small movement patterns and isometric holds, SB capitalizes on the benefits of moving BIG as well, incorporating full body cardio busts to increase the heart rate and diversify the challenge of the class.
