The week I worked for this company was a full time position and I was only allowed to clock in for 20 hours in a 7 day period. After getting a new job, Spokane Movers still hasn't payed me for the time I worked there. This company does not take care for employees.

Check them out and get a free estimate for your next move. I would definitely use them again. They made our move so easy today. Thanks again Spokane Movers.

Everything went smoothly for our move, even though it was quite small. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and respectful. Two guys were exactly on time and carried everything up three flights of stairs with no trouble. The price was reasonable and as estimated. We were glad to have dependable, affordable help!

My former roommate hired these guys. They took my chop saw, socket sets, a chair, and probably some other stuff. He doesn't even own a tools, and now their mistake is impacting my livelihood.

Ken an Steve showed up on time with two hand trucks and great attitudes. In record time they transferred our stuff from a Pod to a moving truck so we could drive it to western Washington. Everything was handled with care and packed for minimal shifting. Thank you guys.

Yep, you're right! Somehow my North 40 review got posted to Spokane Movers; I used both the same day, sorry!Spokane movers were very accommodating of our aggressive schedule and worked very hard to meet their estimate. Immediate family have used them 3 times previously, all good results. Everything was delivered, on time.To give 5 stars, I'd have wanted to see more due care to avoid bumping things, very minor scratches and so on. Also paying more attention to the clear labeling on the boxes, so that "Kitchen" all went to the kitchen and I didn't have to carry SOME boxes from kitchen to garage, MBR to Dining Room, etc.I know, hard with a big crew in a hurry, but that's 4, not 5.

I had two really good experiences Spokane Movers in the past for moving a few large items then I used them in March to load up a moving truck for a cross country move with all my stuff. They did an ok job. A few boxes were crushed because they could have paid more attention to not putting heavier things on top of more delicate boxes but overall most of my stuff got here ok. They were nice and within the time estimate. I wrote them a check and gave them a tip in cash because it was the easiest thing to do at the time. A few days ago my check was deposited for a second time with an altered date and a new name in the memo field and endorsed on the back by the person in the memo field instead of the official looking Spokane Movers stamp that was on it the first time it got deposited. The first name was the same as one of the movers that was there. I didn't get his last name at the time of the move. Luckily it was so obvious what happened from the check images that Chase gave me my money back really fast. So I guess pay in cash and pay attention to how things are stacked if you’re on a longer move and you’ll probably be ok. I’m mainly giving two stars because of all the time I had to spend on hold with Chase.Edit: I talked to them on the phone and they were nice and I'm less annoyed about the Chase hold time now so I went to 4 stars. Still not really sure what happened with the check stuff. Also I was wrong about the first name being one of the guys that moved me. I remembered that wrong from March.

I'm in disbelief; They were hired by my storage facility for me to help move my things from one unit to another. I told them the situation and they said they knew nothing about it, so I kindly explained as their boss neglected to relay this important information. I asked them politely for two things that my furniture be stacked on one side and the boxes on the other, did not happen! I also asked of them to not put heavy boxes on top of others, they did crushing boxes. I was kind to these three guys, bought them drinks, cookies, gave them a TV and furniture. So today the storage unit had the same guys come back (don't know why) to move me again from the 10 X 30 into two 10 X 15's so the furniture could go into one and boxes in the other. They were late and there was a woman with me that was buying a bed from me, she was in the unit on top of the bed moving things off it when they showed up. The one guy that came the first time asked her to get down so they can move some things, a fight pursued between him and her, verbally. I was taken aback as was the manager of the facility, I asked her to get down and called her name to diffuse but it was unreal between the two! Both were in the wrong. Before I new it everyone had left, the manager called their boss and he said they weren't coming back even though it wasn't my fault (the customer)! So it was just me from 10:30 - 5:30 moving furniture and boxes. I think the guys should have been professional and polite enough to speak with me before storming off. The manager also told me they told her I didn't want everything thing stacked like it was, WHAT. Let's think about this, you're moving me from a 10 X 30 to another 10 X 30 (first time) and my unit is loaded so WHY would I say such nonsense I DID NOT. At the end they were frustrated because they were having trouble fitting everything hmmm wonder why! The same guy arguing today yelled at me the first time when I asked him to put an expensive table a certain way as he was scratching it. Nate was the only one of the three the first time that seemed to care but wasn't in charge. In addition 9-18-22 I am still moving boxes and furniture on my own until Extra Space gets another company out here. I found so many disturbing things that Spokane Movers did. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR THINGS, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU ASK OF THEM, it's absolutely disturbing how they treated my things! Pictures speak a thousand words. There was a box of CHINA at the bottom of a pile of boxes clearly marked. These guys are in the wrong business, just a paycheck SCARY.
