every time I go to this location they are not the friendliest but as a black woman i do experience this a lot. i prefer the valvoline nearby as they are super efficient and friendly. today however I had my sisters boyfriend do an oil change on my car and he grossly overfilled it and JP helped me drain some out, didn't charge me, and educated me some on my vehicle and another vehicle of mine. seriously appreciate this man's patience and honesty with me. always ask for JP! 😁

The crew here was very friendly, fast, AND they gave me a deal on some new wipers blades which helped a lot during my Thanksgiving travels. Highly reccomend!

This is an excellent pre-trip stop, as well as a reliable oil-change business.
We have also had coolant and transmission servicing; all done well.

Oil chargers on NW BLVD is my go to oil change place! They are always fast, polite and their pricing is very reasonable compared to other oil change places I have been.

They didn't try to sell me wiper blades, air filters, new brakes, new battery, etc... wait, is this even a lube shop? They sure are. They got right down to business and I was in-and-out fast. Reasonable prices too.

Wasn’t greeted when I pulled in, only talked with someone when I was in the bay. They tried to upsell more than one item, I find that annoying, 1 upsell attempt? Sure, but not 3.
Average price for oil change. No leaks. So that’s good.

I've been here twice and the guys were efficient and courteous. The first time they changed my in cabin air filter at my request and it was hard. They worked and worked until they got it. They don't try to upsell, which I appreciate.

My Team at Oil Changers on Friday at the Northwest Blvd in Spokane WA was superb!
They were quick, polite, and even though I forgot my coupon, they honored it!.
They went above and beyond on helping me with some tricky windshield wipers too!
