I went in to get new snowboarding boots, not really sure what I was looking for, but Ben was super helpful and made the process of finding a fit to my liking very easy! I had to come back to finish getting the boots, and they made my fitting and check out experience a breeze! Super wonderful staff and great customer service!

Legitimately the best experience I have ever had getting fitted for boots, and I'd say I have a lot of experience doing so. The workers actually know what they are talking about, and they dont try to sell you on a product just because its more expensive etc etc. Awesome staff, knowledgeable, and a great selection of hardgoods. Will most certainly be returning for more down the line.

Well, I finally broke down and sat with someone to get some new ski boots. I was reluctant to buy as trust, expense all play when making this purchase. Josh helped me out tonight and went through 5 different pairs of boots as well as flex ratings. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient and took his job very seriously. He stayed late to make sure I found the correct boot and awesome fit for me. I bought a great pair of boots and have Josh to thank for all the help.

This store has been great to me, I went there for my first pair of boots and they wound up being a little to small due to employee error, I went back about a month later with a recite in hand and spoke to a woman named Autumn, who was absolutely amazing l every step of the way! She got my boot issue fixed with a full refund and a new pair of ski boots. She also helped me find my dream snowboard boot as I have a size 15 foot and it is very hard to find things that fit me. She got it first try!!! Listened to my wants and needs and helped me get exactly what I wanted. While I was heat molding the boots around my foot she helped my get a whole assortment of stuff from all around the store! In 10 mins she was able to get everything a snowboarder needs from wax to a board and at the end to help write the wrong that occurred she gave me a absolutely wonderful discount and really made my day as well as my whole season and many to come! So if WHEN you go to shred, don’t be afraid to ask for my main girl Autumn as she will make sure you have the best of everything you need to succeed! Thank you Autumn and thank you Shred!

Visited Shred after constant foot pain while wearing my snowboard boots. Matt diagnosed the problem areas and was able to help me out with custom insoles and heat molding my liners! An absolute game changer for my mountain days. SO thankful for this knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly team of people.

Great local shop. Went to their “Out Cold” event at Brickwest and knew from there Shred is dope. Super helpful and friendly staff. I had to go in and get my board fixed up the other day after taking a core shot up at the Ridge and she’s basically good as new now. Also got new boots here. Will continue to go here for all my snow needs.
