What an outstanding experience! Justin was amazing! Professional, personable and patient. He sat with us as though we were the only folks in the store (and it was busy). He brought out examples of equipment, phones, pricing plans, etc and took us through each of their benefits for us as a couple. Justin is the shining example of the best corporate employee available.

Justin W was an outstanding sales rep to work with! I came in with a question about my bill and he not only took care of my issue but provided many useful resources about my plan and devices. I went to this store to try and get advice about getting a new phone. It was a toss up between the new iPhone, and the Samsung. Justin took the time to get to know me, and asked me questions about my day to day. He then wrapped everything together in a way that made sense for me and what I intended on getting out of the phone. He was very knowledgeable, and even helped me LOWER MY BILL while getting a new device and a watch! He also took the time to go over protecting my investment, and hooked me up with a case. I didn’t think all that was possible with one store visit, but here we are. Thank you Justin and team!

As someone who worked for the company for five years and at multiple locations this is definitely one of the better retail locations to visit. The staff is friendly and does have your best interests at heart. Management gets it and reps are being taught the same. Would recommend!

I went in to the T- mobile store to switch from Verizon about a month ago. I am not real tech savvy but the representative (Ron) that helped me was awesome! He helped me through the entire process and was able to get me and my kids new phones through some specials I had no idea about when I came in to the store. I have been a customer at all of the main carriers over the years and I have always felt like the salesman were like used car salesman. This was the first time I came out of the store not feeling like I just got ripped off or upset because of the salesperson's indifference. (Guaranteed you know the feeling) If you are looking to switch service or get some other kind of help at a cell phone store I highly recommend talking with Ron. I am not sure what his last name is but he has super long hair and is probably in his early 20's.The phones have been great and the 5g service is superior to the service I was getting with Verizon. Verizon used to be far and away the best in my opinion, but for some reason it has not been nearly as good over about the last two years. That is why I decided to switch. So glad I did. The kicker is I am paying less now than I was with better service and new phones for the family. Thanks Ron!!!

My wife and I recently switched from AT&T to TMobile. After an unclear and frustrating experience with an authorized dealer store, we went to this store location to get some clarity on billing and phone trade ins because it is the only corporate store in Spokane. We live in the valley and it was undoubtedly worth the drive up north. We were fortunate to work with an associate named Ron. He was awesome! He worked very hard to get to the bottom of everything, made multiple phone calls on our behalf and at the end of the night we left better off than when we walked in. Ron is awesome. This store is well run. And I will be going here from now on.
