About St. Margaret's Shelter
St. Margaret's Shelter is a great place that helps homeless women and children. The staff is always friendly, nice, and constantly trying to find ways to improve and check in on clients. They go above and beyond, building relationships with clients as well as children. Rules are in place for people to get better. The co-director has worked hard to place people into permanent housing as fast as possible. This shelter will willingly help find anything needed. It is a good place to stay, a place to lay your head, and is way better than the streets. The shelter includes an in-house thrift store where residents and alumni can shop. St. Margaret's holds a special place for the countless people it has helped.

Helpful but I can't stress enough that the homeless situation in Spokane is enormous I'm one of the homeless

This place has really helped so many families and still doing just that every day. I recommend it if you need it and they welcome you if your in need

Very welcoming and helpful. I'm always greeted with a warm smile, makes a person that's struggling feel really good. I utilize their foodbank and clothing bank. I've been alumni with them since 2015, they never turn us away. Thank you
