Pink haired girl doesn't know how to make drinks. I come to this location all the time, never had an issue until she started working there. My drinks are NEVER made correctly.

Starbucks is just gross, the music is too loud, it's disgusting that they walk you to the bathroom w/the restroom code. I visited b/c I had a $15.00 gift card - I didn't use it all and I would rather melt the card then return...it's just a gross place. Starbucks changed about 3 years ago...face it, their glory days are over! ?Amen!Parking: Huge parking in the plaza so utilize it to go to those shops!

Went through the drive-thru today and I have to say Kyle was one of the best Starbucks employees I’ve ever encountered! So kind and attentive, he made my experience so uplifting.The only downside to this location is the speaker being by the busy road. I come here often and the employees have to ask several times for the customer to repeat or speak louder.

Coffee is made wrong 90% of the time. More often than not they have an attitude about making the coffee again. Kale wasn't too happy to remake my mocha that literally tasted like black coffee. Come to Starbucks almost everyday.

As soon as I walked in I had to use the restroom but it was locked, so I asked the lady up front what the code was. She said I had to be let in, so another employee named Josh opened the door. As he opened it, I jokingly said "Top secret huh" and he responded with "It's so we can make sure if you're doing crack, we know who we let in there," as in crack cocaine (at first I wasn't sure that he really said that). As I finished up in the restroom, I went and stood in line behind an older lady so I could order my coffee. Josh (who wasn't even the one behind the register) asked me, "Are you going to order something?" I said "Yes that's why I'm standing in line, kind of a silly question." Then Josh told me "Okay you can leave the store." So I was like really, even after that crack comment you made when you unlocked the bathroom? We went back and forth about how he needed to be accountable for what he said. He told me that he was the manager and pointed me to some cards to contact and complain to them about it. As Josh kept insisting that I needed to leave, he was still making comments telling me to get out and go do crack with 4 other customers present in the store. Extremely unprofessional from the very beginning and all throughout the end. Someone needs to review the camera footage, which I hope has audio, and hold this entitled little punk accountable. You're making coffee bud. This is an entry-level job. Try a little harder at your customer service skills. He would never be that disrespectful in the real world. That's why Josh didn't want to come outside. I'm not sure if that crack comment was because I'm wearing hi vis and work boots, but regardless, I'm a licensed electrician, and Josh is the one making me my coffee. There is no need to be disrespectful, but I do understand projection is a thing, and feelings of inferiority can bring out the worst in people. Review footage January 8th 2024 at 5:01 pm.Edit: After reading other reviews, it seems that I'm not the only one dealing with rude employees and issues with the restroom at this facility. Seems like we have a common denominator here, but it still doesn't excuse poor behavior.

Their Google profile says there open, but came through the drive through at 6:15am and no one is there. If you're not open please update your hours so people don't waste their time in the morning.

I ordered my usual Venti Triple Blonde brown sugar ,white mocha and sweet cold foam but received it in a grandeI was hoping they would have my order right and instead of the barista fixing it they gave me a venti cup of ice to transfer my drink. This throws off my nicely ratio I had down.Its disappointing to know baristas don't care anymore.I overpayed for this half ice half coffee drink

The lids on the cups do not fit properly. They come off way to easy. Mine came off and my coffee went everywhere.

Every time I go through the drive through, the staff is always kind and very nice. They also always have my order ready fast even when there is a long line. Definitely my go to Starbucks.

They are starting to get more Keto friendly options, which is great. I still wish they had more options of flavoring. The coffee is really good as far as flavor goes. It's not my #1 rated go-to, but they are conveniently located all over town, so that's a plus.
