This Starbucks is painfully slow. The worst I've ever been to!They are the only coffee place, and they know it and act like it.Even with 3 staff members, you'll wait in line for literally ever.If I didn't want a hot choc so badly to warm up, I would have left.Absolutely terrible, next time I'll bring hand warmers with me to warm up instead of waiting in this line.10min+ so far waiting, and it hasn't moved ??♂️Whoever is the franchisee, or if this is a Corp location, this one sucks the most!@starbucks #starbuckssucks

Clerk was new, charged me for a venti when I asked for grande. They took a long time to figure out how to ring it up. Then, a venti came up and before I took it assuming it was mine, I wanted to make sure they weren't also making the grande. The staff seemed bothered that I'd be considerate of others. Blah feeling honestly.

Extremely slow service. Stood in line at the register for over 10 minutes and was never helped. Had to leave as plane was boarding.

11.28.23: after completing TSA security checkpoint, I immediately saw a Starbucks with barely a line. I decided to try the seasonal Chestnut Praline Latte. It had a roasted nutty taste and wasn't overly sweet, so that's a plus. The employee who took my order was super friendly and made it a personable experience, which was nice from the normal hurry up hustle bustle. It was late afternoon and the ambience was oddly quiet for an airport. No complaints whatsoever!

We ordered 2 coffees, a hot Carmel macchiato and a gingerbread latte. The macchiato came cold, and they fixed it. The latte was very flavorless and we could not detect any Carmel in the Carmel macchiato. For as much time as they took making it, it would have been nice if they could have at least made it right.

Very very slow service. Apparently severely understaffed. After long waits people were leaving without their drinks to catch flights.

Update - Starbucks credited back $15.00 for this inconvenience after chatting with them which was a bit more than the $11.00 ish the drink + food was. I’ve changed the review because of this. I also don’t believe blame belongs on this particular Starbucks and more for the app and horrible estimated timeframe. It should know how many orders are in process for the coffee shop and estimating 7 minutes to be ready and still not being ready over 40 minutes later is crazy. It should have said way way longer estimate (5 times longer at least) and based on the line and how busy Starbucks was at the time I’m not surprised it was taking so long. However to see a quick estimate timeframe tricks you into placing an order even though your flight it right around the corner. Still frustrating but glad they took care of it with some extra for the inconvenience.Ordered in app 5:59AM. Said estimated 6:06. Wasn’t ready at 6:40AM. Had to get on our flight without drink or food. Impossibly hard to refund. Starbucks does this on purpose! Most won’t fight for refund. Bad customer service!
