The atm here ate my money and shut down. I have been engaged in ongoing back and forth for over a week with no end in site. Outdated disgusting machines. Stay away from STCU at all costs.

It's close to where I live. And there is a mailbox right outside the door. Very convenient. ?

I want to start by saying I enjoyed the low interest rate on my car. I like using online bill pay and it was tricky at first especially with the app. On occasion I would look at the other ads on the website and saw they were running a promotion for a balance transfer (%0 interest for 1 year) so I took the offer and consolidated debt. I thought I finally figured out adulting, until I started looking at my statements and discovered $150 interest fees. Turns out "I never got the promotion" or the time it took for STCU to put together my paperwork was after the promo period. Sadly, I will not be using STCU for future banking and to all reading this... read the fine print.

Absolutely the most horrible experience ever I never leave bad reviews for people i am just not that type of person. I signed up with my credit shining pretty good a hair a way from good credit so I was looking for a bank that will meet my needs and be like family to me. So the banker at the other location was happy to help me sign up and knew about my credit and encouraged me to get a credit card and do a balance transfer on some debt. I decided to make a more responsible decision and apply for a personal loan to consolidate some bills my debt to income ratio was pretty low though I think I made a mistake telling them I was on social security though it wasn't my only income so they denied me instantly that was a red flag to them of being disabled so they denied me with that being their reason the social security benefits. I highly recommend withdrawing all your money and going somewhere else especially if your disabled and don't want to be discriminated against

This is my usual location when I need teller services, but I've been to other locations as well. Love STCU!! Finally made the switch over from a large bank, and I'll never go back! I love that with a local credit union you feel more connected to the community, and more money stays in the local economy. They get involved in the community with special events and perks such as hugely discounted Broadway show tickets. They've been super helpful with setting up my account, using online services/ installing the app on my phone, transferring around money, etc. This location feels super safe and the staff have never been anything less than extremely personable and professional. Plus, there's none of the shadiness that there is with big banks like random fees and questionable ethics. I feel cared for as a member and that my concerns/questions get adequately and quickly addressed. Killin the game STCU!!
