My experience at Indian Trails has been positive one.Being open to their customers on Saturdays from 10:00-12:00 would allow customers who could not get to the bank during the week to receive a more personalized experience.

I am so disappointed in the service we have received. We had fraudulent charges on our account at the end of November that were denied from being disputed. They were denied because of a 1 dollar pending charge that we didn’t dispute over 60 days ago. Instead of them explaining what was going on, They told us they couldn’t help us. We were confused - and deeply upset because it was a significant amount. We didn’t understand until we had to call the corporate office. We were told the problem was solved last week - and when it still wasn’t solved we were met with no help. Please - especially when you are dealing with peoples hard earned money, no matter the amount, have empathy and take the time to explain to people why they can’t be helped so we can understand or find another way to solve the problem.

They put $200 holds on your cards for random transactions and don’t refund the money for days.

I've belonged to a few credit unions in my time, but STCU is one of the best. This branch office is just minutes from my home and although I do a lot of my banking online, they have always provided me with excellent customer service. Last year, I received a notification that someone was trying to fraudulently use my debit card. STCU had denied the transaction but I stopped in to ask if it was advisable to cancel that card. They not only gave me a new card right there in the office but reviewed my accounts and set me up with features that ensure my money would be generating additional interest. Whether I'm speaking with a teller, an advisor or someone on the phone, I always feel they have my best interests in mind. I also appreciate STCU's continued support of local community activities. If you really want to support where you live, join a credit union! Thanks STCU.

I've been in this branch several times and I'm so glad to say my loans are now paid off and I'll never use STCU again. I've had nothing but rude attitude every time I've walked in to make a payment on my husbands behalf. Yes he's added my name several times so I can make a payment. I'm not trying to take money out I'm trying to give you money yet you treat me like dirt! Today was no exception. Today I paid off 3 loans two with substantial payoff amounts so much so your manager had to approve the checks. You two had a nice laugh about it when she signed off on them. Today I had to call one last time and he had to give permission one last time for me to make a payment for him. Today would have been a great day for you to treat me nice. Today would have been a great day for you to ask me if we'd like to invest or try and sell me anything instead you treated me poorly as usual. You had a great opportunity to make a sell but instead your little teller with the glasses at the end she smirked at me every time she told me a balance thinking there was no way I was paying it off and yet I did. She was rude the entire process which made me mad and the madder I got the snappier I got. The eye roll at the end was a great finish when I told you he would come close the checking account himself when he got home but I still had my smile. See I just paid you off and the rest of that money I'm investing with another bank, so little smirky lady with glasses who sits at the end of the teller counter, next time you should be polite. If I would have had a customer paying off big loans I would have been friendly, asked questions, who knows I may have just won the lotto for all you know. That could have been money invested with your credit union. I went to a bank that greets me with a smile . Who was polite to me and they got my investment. I went there after dealing with the horrible experience with you. And yes we will come withdraw our 38 dollars out of the checking account that we have left with you. And no we do not want to be your customer ever again. On a side note I didn't win the lotto but I had more to invest than what I used to pay off those loans. I'm sure you and your tall blonde manager had a nice laugh after I left. I even told her thanks when she signed off on my checks after the two of you laughed at me. But I refuse to let you rain on my happy day I just took the rest of my money and left, knowing that the bank across the parking lot knew how to treat their customers! And I hope this review helps others in the community use a different bank, one that treats them with respect and dignity no matter if they have 10 bucks to their name or thousands. I never raised my voice but my tone changed from respectful to spiteful all because you had no respect for the customer across your counter. Raising my voice in there would have done nothing for me but posting my experience here will speak volumes to others. So again "Have a Nice Day" STCU even tho no one replied back to me when I said it there! I truly hope others avoid you!

No walk up ATM, so I get to walk through the drive-thru atm frequently! Seems nice enough from the outside.
