The two gentlemen that work there who assisted me were incredibly courteous!they are good at what they do they take note of most things other places wouldn't.I forgot to put my lock on the first night that I was there and the next time they saw me they made sure that I had it on there.They do their job and they do it well!Thanks guys!

Renting my unit was so easy and it's also $50 cheaper than my previous one plus they are giving me a discount that I had totally forgotten about giving me a little more than I was going to have to spend on Christmas presents this year ??thanks storage direct you guys are awesome ?

Found this place at the last minute on 12/23 the manager I believe his name was Brandon was great to work with I have mobility issues very nice of him to take me to the unit on the Golf cart highly recommend Storage Direct

This place is amazing. Super easy to sign up. Very very friendly staff and willing to help when needed. I had a special circumstance when my furniture came in from Arizona, delivery person came with a massive semi truck and staff definitely worked with me and found a solution for unloading. I can’t recommend this place enough.

They were really good working with me. When the computers went bad and moved me out. 2 days after I paid for everything. And the money was back in my account right away. And they saved me another storage said so I wouldn't be without one. They have been very good and very prompt, very professional.

Very efficient regarding the information about storage options, pricing and availability.Was able to hold the storage spot for 2 weeks while details of winterizing etc were explored.

EXTREMELY easy access and well maintained from the units to the grounds . Office staff was friendly and efficient. Especially Chris . Definitely would recommend!

Great storage facility! The staff was great, the facility was clean. One time I changed my lock and they called me the next day to check and make sure it was me that has changed it. The gate is accessible until 10pm. The one thing I wish it had was lighting for at night, even motion censored. When we moved in, we were there till almost 10pm and it was pitch black, definitely made it hard to maneuver a big truck through there without lights.
