Thank you, Storage Solutions—and more specifically, Audra—THANK YOU!!
By the time I called the Storage Solutions located on Cheney-Spokane Rd, I was beyond frustrated. After dealing with limited availability and a string of disappointing experiences with other storage companies and their lackluster customer service, I was not my best self.
But then I spoke with Audra, and everything changed.
From the moment we connected on the phone, she offered me much-needed grace and patience. She truly listened—not just to my storage needs, but to my frustrations—and reassured me that she could help. And she did.
That same day, I met up with Audra in person. Even though she was headed out for lunch, she put her plans on hold without hesitation to show me several unit options and walk me through everything I needed to know. I never felt rushed. She was present, kind, and fully committed to helping me.
Audra is the epitome of excellent customer service. She made the process not only easy but actually enjoyable. By the time I was signing on the dotted line, I found myself laughing and smiling—a far cry from how I felt earlier that day.
Audra, I truly appreciate you. You went above and beyond, and I won’t forget it.
