When we purchased our new Forester, our sales consultant Kaitlyn Hartin was helpful throughout the process and followed up with us after the sale. Kaitlyn also responded quickly to some questions I had several weeks after the sale.

One of the best car buying experiences ever! Entire staff, especially salesman Eric Eiselein, were incredibly friendly and informative. Eric and his sales manager know how to treat and make a customer feel appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership for your next Subaru purchase.

Waited over an hour for my scheduled sales appt. The car I was interested in was sold in front of me. Salesman was unprofessional and unorganized. Didn’t even try to work another deal with me. Went to AutoNation Subaru where I was treated remarkably….drove home a beautiful 2024 Subaru Forester. I’m glad I took my business elsewhere yesterday, and you will be too.

If you value your money and your vehicle. Don't take it in for service here. I scheduled a service appointment for a check engine light that I knew was a MAP sensor and I was nearing an oil change so I added that on there too. I stood at the counter to let someone know I was there to drop off my vehicle. To which I was met with multiple employees sitting there, avoiding eye contact with me. When I was finally able to find someone to help, he drove my car about 30 ft and said "I also noticed your battery and ABS light were on and your tachometer isn't working". This was then notated in their triage documentation. However that information was incorrect. It was the battery and oil light (I know because those two lights became present after the check engine light if the engine bay was cold), and the tachometer never stopped working, so from the very beginning, their diagnostic work was shady. I then receive a text a few hours later that they have diagnosed the issue. It's the MAP sensor, along with an oil change that is always fluctuating in cost, and a $189 diagnostic fee which is ridiculous, it takes three minutes to plug an OBDII scanner in and check for codes. And about 2 minutes to replace a MAP sensor. Nevertheless, I look at the total and it's $886.23. I reluctantly agree to the pricing because I couldn't find an outlet or store that could get me a MAP sensor before our recent snow storm hit the area. I arrive to pick up my car to find more employees that seem like they have no idea what they are doing. I finally find someone to help (again), and he prints out the final service confirmation to which I see I've been upcharged to $903.65. I ask why the difference, to which I'm met with "Uhhh, I'm not sure...but it's pretty close". Then "Oh it's for keeping a copy of your records". Then "Oh it's actually a shop charge for miscellaneous materials". Clearly this employee had no idea and was just making charges up. I had to get back to work so I stopped asking questions and just paid it. Then I had to wait 20 minutes before they actually came down with my car. Then "coincidentally", a day after my appointment, my tire pressure light comes on and three of my tires are low on air. So much for that multi-point inspection. Their website also says they'll wash your car after every service. They never do. I will never take my vehicle here again. They are just here to scam you. I will never buy another Subaru since this is the service I get.

Our sales person Payton McIntire was extremely professional and kind, listened to our needs and worked hard to get us a quality Subaru that we wanted for a price that worked within our budget. I also appreciated Payton’s marketing/customer service care via email before we were on site at the dealership was responsive and accommodating, and I thought his use of a personal video introduction via email was a very nice and personal touch! We will absolutely look to work with Payton again for our future Subaru buying needs!

Tyler was very helpful in our recent purchase. He worked with us to obtain a discount, which convinced us to follow through with the sale and travel from Montana to Spokane. Then, when he discovered an odor in the vehicle, he was forthright in letting us know in advance. He worked hard to mitigate the smell while not pressuring us to make a purchase that we would not be satisfied with. He was honest, friendly and personable. We would definitely work with him again if we needed another vehicle. Thanks Tyler!

Hands down, the most positive vehicle purchase experience of my life (and I’ve purchased 20+). This was my first Subaru and Eric was phenomenal! He took his time to explain all of the reasons that a Subaru should be my next vehicle. I was vacillating between the Crosstrek and the Outback. Eric gave me the facts and I did not feel pressured one way or the other. He was patient with, and extremely kind to our daughter. Eric understood how anxious I was about all of the technology in the Outback. He took his time to show me exactly how to operate the systems so that I felt comfortable before driving away. I can’t tell you how rare it is to leave a vehicle dealership with a smile. I will be recommending Eric, and therefore Subaru, to everyone I know.Thank you!!Shannon

It was a great experience buying a car FROM Subaru of Spokane. Jacob was so nice every time and explained everything very thoroughly. He did everything in his capacity to close the deal and make it as smooth as possible.

If you take your car to this lithia dealership, you need to be very specific about what service you need. I've been taking my vehicle to them for 93k miles. **Apparently they stopped doing routine inspections at 30k**. Figured they would have told me if I needed a new battery when I got battery service. Charged me $100+ for battery service and the battery lasted less than 30 days longer. Figured they would have told me I needed new pads before my rotors were pitted beyond recognition with 93k miles on them.I honestly would be scared to take my vehicle back to this shop. They aren't doing their job. They say they are doing inspections, but they have recommended zero services for over 60k miles (?!?). And they charge nearly twice as much as the next guy for those services, when you finally do figure out they've been cutting corners. Have more respect for your vehicle - and for your family's safety. Have your car serviced at a capable service center.Oh and the selection of vehicles here isn't great either. I had to buy my 2018 from a Midwest dealer because Lithia Spokane didn't have a new car without Eyesight on the lot - and supposedly couldn't source one for a reasonable cost. Saved myself thousands shopping at a dealership with a better selection - and one that treated me like a human when I walked in the door. Not the experience I had with lithia. Senior sales kept looking at me shopping for cars in their showroom, but wouldn't break their conversation to come talk to me. After 10 minutes, they finally sent their youngest sales guy to see if I needed help.At this point, I wouldn't walk into another lithia dealership if my car was on fire. And it likely would be if I kept getting serviced at lithia. Lithia management, feel free to look at my file before you respond to this review with a "please reach out to us to resolve" response. There's no excuse.

This location is the best at serving their Subaru customers. In particular, SM, Michael Stewart has been absolutely great to both me and my husband, especially when it comes to great service. I highly recommend this Subaru location in downtown Spokane. Overall, they have a great team that really cares. You feel it the moment you walk through the door! Thanks!

Nick had been contacting us by email for a couple of months before we were able to come into the showroom. We’d heard the Crosstreks were going fast and difficult to keep in stock, so we weren’t expecting o see one! Lucky for us, Nick said there might be one in the showroom and there was! He was very thorough and helpful. He took us for a test drive to show all the features and even helped me set up my phone to the MySubaru and car and then helped me with all of the other features in the car. We were very pleased with the service at Subaru and especially Nick’s helpful professionalism.

Wonderful! We had a bad experience trying to work with another dealership. Eric E. had no problem helping us get exactly what we needed and had us all organized and the car ordered within 30 minutes. We appreciated how knowledge he was on options and add-ons, this made it very easy to make our decision and commit to buy through him. It was the most stress free vehicle purchase we've ever made.

My daughter's car had a couple of little issues we needed to take care of. We didn't have an appointment, just went to ask some questions, and the service department was incredible. The gentleman we spoke to actually fixed one of the issues on the spot and helped my daughter order the parts she needed for the other issue. He was so patient and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Subaru of Spokane to anyone who has, or wants a Subaru.

After having a fourth child, my wife and I opted for a minivan in order to have enough seats, and we purchased a much older used van and drove it for a year and half before it started having more problems due to its age. So rather than dropping our savings on getting the old van running again, with no guarantee that something else might go wrong, we decided to use that savings money as a down payment on a new vehicle. My wife spent several hours a day researching vehicles, and settled on two different models. In the end, we decided that having a new vehicle and the peace of mind that comes with manufacturer warranties is worth a monthly payment. Tyler V. was able to run several different options of numbers to see how much the monthly payment would go down the more we added to the down payment, and Tyler V. was able to get the monthly payment down in an area that is within our budget. James helped wrap things up for us, and both Tyler V. and James were extremely helpful and transparent regarding which extra insurance packages and warranties would be the most beneficial for our budget and vehicle. In the end my wife drove away with what has been her dream car. It is definitely the nicest car I have ever owned and we are loving it so far. A huge thank you to the team over at Subaru of Spokane. I highly recommend their service. Everyone that we interacted with was extremely genuine. And for anyone else who needs the extra seats like we did, the Subaru Ascent is AWESOME! We are loving it.
