Sublime has been and always will be my favorite vape shop in Spokane. I’ve been a regular for 5 years and it’s always an enjoyable experience when I come in. The staff is always chill and nice, and pricing is fair. All in all, it’s the only place I recommend when someone asks about shops

We have been very pleased with the selection as well as the management. We did have a problem once when an employee sold us the wrong vape device, and would not take the return within 2 minutes of paying for it. When we were able to talk to management a couple of days later he offered us a full refund. I do want people to know, read the package thoroughly of what you're purchasing before opening it. The manager is the only person who can exchange or refund your purchase once it's been opened. My husband wanted to purchase a SMOK ProPod as a gift for me. The kid who worked there sold him a SMOK Novo 2. My husband was NOT happy when he looked inside the package. My husband therefore tried to return it but was unable.

I went in today to get juice and new coils. I wasn't sure exactly what coils I needed and asked the guy working. He looked at my vape and the coil and asked how many? I got a full package and the package looked the same as what I had previously purchased. I didn't take the blister pack out to check, as I trusted the salesman. When I got home, I opened a single blister, noticed immediately that it was incorrect and called up the store to see about an exchange for the correct size. I was told basically that there was nothing he could do on his end as he didn't have authorization to do anything but sell me the correct coils with a 5% discount. I asked to be able to speak to someone that actually could do something as that seemed ridiculous. So, basically, at the end of the day, they can do nothing and that's just totally cheesy imo. Anyway, I'm irritated and won't be coming back. Enjoy my one and only negative review.

Not thrilled about having frequented Sublime since they practically opened their first shop downtown, and was given a no go on my only time requesting an exchange in nearly 9 years... especially when the transaction initially was done by the same person who had denied the return.After asking who I could talk to about getting an exchange made, (considering I was handed the wrong, but very similar box of coils, hence me not questioning them), I was told there was nothing they could do and that I needed to pay attention to my purchase in the future. Odd knowing the coils are sold both by package and individually. ?I just wanted what I know that I asked for initially, and purchased every other week for the past 6 months; not something that made vaping unpleasant, that took double the power from my device to run, and at a much hotter temp. ?♂️ at least the coil and device are somewhat compatible. It'll probably be quite a while before I'm back in after that interaction.

Went in to guy a new vape machine and this rude short guy kept blowing vape in my girlfriends direction, he was rude and what he was showing us was alot less than where I went directly after and bought. What this guy didn't know is I've been a very long time customer and have never gone anywhere else. This was Friday afternoon around 1pm. Because of him ill spend my hundreds a month at Vapor lounge. They were very professional and saved a bunch of money. Sad though, I will miss Sublime.
