Honestly so disappointed in my service this morning on 4/4 @ 9:04 I walked into this location to get my morning sandwich an she was very rude didn't greet me just said you'll have to wait a minute!!! Second my food is disgusting Honestly I said light spinach an she put two leafs on there my sandwich is flat because she literally put 5 pieces of lettuce, three olives..... you should make a sandwich the way you would.... I have never been disappointed in subway but she has to go.... if I come tomorrow an its her again I think I am gonna walk her step thru step so she can learn to not make flat sandwichs.

I got there around 8pm waited for the server while he was on the phone, he went around the corner to have what appeared to be a personal conversation, then came back to tell me they were closed, could of told me before his call that they were closed. VERT unprofessional, sorry but this isn't right!

Ordered online and picked up the food 10 minutes later. the bit sandwich was cold, they forgot the cheesy on both sandwiches the peppers and onions on the other, and the oil and vinegar on one. This is the second time they have destroyed the order. I do not recommend anybody go to this location. It’s absolutely terrible.

Horrible experience I took my friend to get a breakfast sandwich. Door was locked front door wouldn’t open all the way … attitude from our server was horrible … the food was disgusting not properly prepared. Spent 27 dollars of my hard earned money to get home and throw it away because it was disgusting. Thank you so much and also no one else can was there …. Not going back don’t recommend this place.

Idk.. The lady working made me feel like I was weird for coming to subway for a sandwich. She didn’t say that, but that’s how it felt. Like I was weird for wanting a footlong sandwich. It was delicious but they could work on their customer service.

Very good subs but seemed understaffed. Poor girl was by herself and had what looked like 5 orders in front of her. A lady that worked security only got one of her orders before having to get back to work.

Everytime I come in the employees are SUPER nice but today I forgot to pick up my order because I have ADHD and just get distracted. I called the store and the young man closing was awesome enough to wait the 5 mins for me to come after closing to grab my forgotten food. I REALLY appreciate it!!!

Every time we have ordered online from this store they make all the hot sandwiches cold. Nobody wants a cold steak and cheese. Nobody wants a cold rotisserie chicken sandwich. Why do you refuse to make hot subs unless someone is standing there asking you to heat up the meat or toast the sandwich? Even in person, they assume you want it cold and start putting the meat on the sandwich without heating it up unless you ask them to make it hot. It’s extremely disappointing to to pay the very high costs of ordering something to eat to treat your family and have everyone disappointed because they get to eat cold dinner.

Today 3 of my family members went in about 7:50 and waited nearly 9 minutes as the sandwich artist dealt with someone else. When they walked up they asked how many sandwiches and told it was 6. The next comment shocked us all. "Sorry I'm closed." Customers who have been waiting during servicing time should not be blown off by businesses. About $100+ lost because of an employees inability to withhold their time bias.

That new blond girl need retrained or fired. Mine and my bf's sandwiches are always MESSY she puts the meat on in the middle of the fold of the bread, too much veggies when asked for a little, condiments on the edge of the bread, it is NOT that hard to make a sandwich correctly, i get youre young i am too but my niece could do a better job then she could. Do better!
