Ordered online for delivery and checked out then an error popped up saying the order wasn't complete and to log out and log back in and order agin so I did and it gave me the error agin so I uninstalled the app and downloaded it and signed in and reordered and the error popped up agin so I just ordered food from somewhere else I check my bank and they charged me every time I got the error a total of 143$ no food showed up it's been 2 weeks now and I have messaged the help center 8 times have yet to hear back or get a refund don't waste ur money here I'll never eat at subway agin sad iv been eating here over 20 years

I do feel bad by posting this.Food was fine, the atmosphere is fine, but could you please tell your employees to stop playing 20 questions? (I wont name who) He absolutely talked my ear off. Please keep the personal questions to a minimum next time. Please don't ask me where I work and if I like my job, and if into ghosts. Not necessary.Otherwise It was a good experience.

My boyfriend and I stopped in 2 weeks ago and people were sitting eating but no one was there to take our order. After 20 min we left.

Unbelievable lol went there waited 10 minutes. Looked like a ghost town at 6:30pm. A women came out of the back said she couldn't take my order and the person I guess that was working was going to the bathroom she didn't know.... Blew my mind. I insured her I would just go to panda it was my first time at that subway location and will be my last I will drive for good service

I have been to SO MANY Subways in Washington and this one is my favorite of all of them so far. The app doesn't seem to have a review option so here I am, trying to make sure they get their well deserved kudos. Everytime we order here, the bread is always fresh and they aren't trying to skimp on the ingredients. They aren't charging extra just because they're close to Gonzaga (looking at you, Hamilton store ?.) Our pick up order tonight was startlingly well made - like, whoever made these literally is a Sandwich Artist. Look at the distribution of those toppings! *chef's kiss*

Ordered online. The food is open, not closed. Gross and greasy on the outside of the bag and bread was as hard as a rock. Don't order from this location!!

My household ordered 6 sandwiches today. My order included 2 steak and cheese not toasted sandwiches which I get all the time. So this time online option asked for tosted or not toasted I chose not toasted for both sandwiches and when they showed up one steak and cheese was not toasted but the mean was warmed like NORMAL then the other steak and cheese was NOT warmed and it had the wrong cheese on it. When I called to ask why the meat on mine wasn't warmed up the manager Elliot told me that if you don't ask they won't warm it up. But that's not true because I NEVER ask and it's always warmed up and my other sandwich was warm and I didn't specifically asked for that. Then she told me they always have been that way but that's not correct because I use to work for subway same owners so I know. She was very unsympathetic and had nothing to say she actually went silent and then said sorry about your order. Which is upsetting because he love subway but the workers are not up to par and just make me frustrated. As a manager if your in the wrong such as wrong cheese sandwich not properly made you should show like you are generally sorry about the poor quality in product. But no one like to hold anyone accountable anymore but I think they should. And more customer service training to know how to address a customer when your team makes mistakes. So I didn't want to wait by the oven and heat my meat for my sandwich because I was in the middle of a test. But I paused my test because. Starving and now my quick delivery meal is turned into 15 extra minutes of getting my sandwich warmed and put back together. Frustrated. But since I'm just a customer who doesn't matter I will not be return. Not that this company cares.

There was this HANDSOME devil that worked there... he made my sandwich perfectly and won my heart at the same time. Tipped 100 dollars for their excellent service
