I went in today and Jae was my stylist. She listened to what I was hoping for due to my misfortune with a candle 😂( complete accident - not a lot of hair was affected lol) I asked her for some suggestions & her opinion, she made it perfect! I’ll be back for sure! Thank you Jae!

The old lady working was nice and all but she really messed up my son and husband's hair and refused to fix it. They went in around 12 today (3/22/2025) my husband is calling the other location to see if we can get this corrected because if not I will be speaking to a manager monday.

Laurie I believe, not exactly sure of her name. She has now cut my son’s hair 2x, and done a horrible job. Not done what was asked of her, and her response this time was “Oh well, it’ll grow out” and refused to cut the back and sides shorter because “she didn’t want it that short”. Completely unacceptable.

the woman who cut my hair was in a huge hurry despite the store being empty and it shows in her work. i had to ask her to correct it and it still looks bad. she didn't even show me the back of my neck or anything

My partner paid for the 3 of us to get a hair cut this past Thursday around 430. All 3 of our haircuts were all messed up by the time we left. The lady did not listen to us on height where to cut it. Never sanitized anything. She refused to do haircoloring for my husband as she doesn't do it at all. All 3 of us were discriminated against. She messed my hair up and tried telling me I was starting to bald. Mind you I watched her buzz my hair all the way down and played cool until she wanted to bring it up again. She gave me the worst haircut any of us have ever gotten. If I could rate 1 star I would. We will not be back to get our haircut done. Our boyfriend paid almost $100 for all our haircuts. Definitely not worrh the money.

Jacqueline did my hair and did an amazing job with my very difficult hair type. The products that she used smelled very good and the hair washing stashon had a foot rest so you dont have to strain your body while sitting in the chair. Sara was the worker that did my sisters hair and she also did an amazing job on her hair. Thank you for the amazing work you did on me and my familys hair.

Took my 3 and 4 year old sons here today. 2 stylists worked on them. A younger stylist with fun colored hair did the most amazing job and was so patient and kind to my son. The other stylists was not so great. She has no business cutting kids hair. She had no patience with him and was saying things like “We’re going to be cutting your hair all day” “Stay still so we can get it over with”

Jacklyn did an excellent job. I wanted something simple. Just chop it all off, however she was super educated on hair and taught me many things I would have never known in regards to keeping my hair healthy. Friendly, fast, efficient service!
