Don't let the exterior fool you. The mechanic's at this shop are about as honest as they get. They're willing to use cheaper parts if you're in a pinch and won't try to sell you a dime more than what your car truly needs.

Called to get a quote for brakes and the guy sounded high as f*** and couldn't even give me a quote!!! Was so rude !!! Do not recommend anyone going to this shop !!!

My husband and I called numerous mechanics in the Spokane area and no one would diagnosis the problem we heard in his foreign 2010 Saab 9-3. So we took it to Jamie, and he drove it and diagnosed it no problem. We will be ordering the correct part and having Jamie install it! Highly recommend Superior automotive :)
