What an outstanding experience! Justin was amazing! Professional, personable and patient. He sat with us as though we were the only folks in the store (and it was busy). He brought out examples of equipment, phones, pricing plans, etc and took us through each of their benefits for us as a couple. Justin is the shining example of the best corporate employee available.

Justin W was an outstanding sales rep to work with! I came in with a question about my bill and he not only took care of my issue but provided many useful resources about my plan and devices. He offered new services including adding a new line for my kiddo. I appreciate the time he spent going over options with me and explaining everything to me in detail. My phone bill was ridiculous paying for just one person and switching reduce my bill significantly. I was greatly helped by Jacob and have since gone in multiple times and gotten assistance with navigating customer service over the phone and have gotten some great deals on other products. Every time I left satisfied and will definitely be returning.

The only shop in Spokane that repairs phones in North Spokane possibly the entire area and they are closed at 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon. At least when I was with Sprint there were several stores in the area that could assist with repair. I will give an update when I am able to get local repair. I was told this is a corporate store by 2 other locations. For a franchise to be better prepared than corporate is shameful!

My service is with Sprint at this store and I just started with them last December when I got a new IPhone 11. I was supposed to have gotten a lease deal for $15/mo (promo at the time) —I am being charged $23/mo. The next time I went in with my brother in August of this year to get him added on my line, the employee helping me must’ve been too busy cause he completely messed up my entire account. I bought his IPhone 8 in full and wanted two 2g lines ($40ea)—-so this total should’ve come out to be around $103 plus tax— the last 2 months I have been paying $155-$177. He gave me an unlimited plan and I was paying for a number that wasn’t even on my account. Have no idea how you could mess up that badly. Please feel free to go here if you would like to spend an hour being thoroughly confused by an employee and get conned out of your money. ?

The staff here is really phenomenal. My device was having issues transferring to TMobile's network and their staff went out of their way to troubleshoot it. It would have been so easy to blame my previous provider but they didn't do that. Highly recommend this location for your TMobile needs. Also super clean!

I came in to pay my phone bill sat in the store waiting for a sales rep to become available over 20 minutes. During my wait no one even acknowledged me being there, no welcome to T-Mobile No nothing! Poor customer service skills. I’ve been with T-Mobile over 10 years and have always liked them but I found this experience to be unwelcoming. At one point two more customers came into the store and nothing was said to them either! I won’t be coming to this location again!!!
