Went into this location to find out why their now charging 5$ to pay my bill in person only to be yelled at by the manager telling me that's their new policy and to pay my bill thru their app it's free but over the phone it's 10$ needless to say I'll never visit that location again and if it's like that at all locations I'll find an alternate way to pay my bill even after being with them for over 10 years and the only reason I gave them 1 star is because they didn't give me a choice of a zero star

I have recently found this location and I'm so glad I did. I personally worked with Georgie and Dan, and they both are fantastic. They took the time to discuss, test and eventually warranty my phone when other Tmobile stores in town asked me not to come back in store and just to "keep calling the hotline number". Kind, knowledgeable and patient employees who took the time to listen.

Consistently have issues after visiting this store which require me to call TMobile to fix. Staff does not ever seem happy and seem to miss steps, so if you are not aware of your plan/bill it could cost you money on your next bill. Highly recommend another TMobile store location, worth the extra drive.

Love this location! Fast service and they go above and beyond for the customers. Ran in right before closing( sooo sorry) but they were able to help me out quick and weren't rude at all for me being so close to closing. You guys rock!

This t-mobile store on north division is so fortunate to have Angelo working there. He has excellent customer service skills and knowledge of all the promotions available. He went above and beyond what I would expect. He was able to save us money and also fixed an issue my phone. Great Employee! Deserves a promotion. We will continue being a customer with T-mobile for the foreseeable future.

“There are errors on your account” I admit I felt uneasy when I heard those words. At past carriers, those words meant 2+ hours of troubleshooting and waiting on hold for the carrier support team to fix the issue. Not at T-Mobile, and certainly not with Austin as the Expert who helped me today. I was in and out in under an hour even after adding a line of service and correcting all the issues I had on the account with his support team. The interaction was pleasant and Austin was kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Austin! And T-Mobile!

I give t mobile and this location in specific 5 stars.... my experience has been awesome. First off Zach has went above and beyond for me and he comes highly recommend. I did the Keep and Switch from Verizon and Zach saved me almost $80 a month with better benefits. I am very thankful and don't have enough good things to say. I will recommend to all my friends and family.

Andy was exceptional!! He stayed late after closing to assist us in replacing a lost phone. He helped us find out that we had insurance coverage that we didn't know we had and helped us to file a claim, saving us hundreds of dollars. He was friendly, efficient, thorough, and made our day. Highly recommend asking for Andy when you visit this store.

This is the only store I go to. Have had a few rough patches with them but the only reason I keep going back there is because Andy I believe he's manager but he's been such a help and he's so sweet and awesome. He definitely deserves some sort of recognition. He's nice, helpful, nologeable, caring um ya could keep going but ya. Please let him know he's doing great.. As long as he is there I'll keep going back. Thank you

A friend recommended T- Mobile and I'm glad she did! Andy N. greeted and worked with me. He was friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Even though the store was busy I never felt that he was rushing. I've been w my other carrier for over 10 years so I was somewhat hesitant to change. All my questions were answered and how can you say NO to saving $$$ and better phone service. For the first time in 10 years,my phone would bring up the internet in the metal bldg where I work . . . Doesn't sound like much but I was ecstatic. Thank you Andy for great customer service.

Rudest people I have ever dealt with at this store! Want good service go to mission and Ruby location. Also be careful Tmobile offers discount but never fallows through. I am switching! Been with them since it was voice stream.

We recently transferred 5 devices to T-mobile from another carrier. Andy was very helpful with setting up the new devices and making sure all data was accurately transferred from the old devices.Thanks for the great service Andy!
