In July my kids and I came in to get me a new iPhone. I was asked if I wanted to open a new line to get a promo for 50% off via 24 bill credits. I accepted. It took HOURS, the employee had endless issues, said the SIM cards weren’t working etc. The following day I had not one but 3 new lines on my account! I called T-Mobile customer service because I was absolutely not going back to this store. Customer care let me know the promotion I was promised did not apply because the plan I was on didn’t even qualify for that promotion. They told me they would honor it because it was promised to me. Here we are in February. I have spent HOURRRRRRS on the phone with T-Mobile customer care to resolve the endless issues the employee at this store cause me. After over 6 months I was able to get my promotion applied TODAY. This experience has been unreal. The day my devices are paid off I’m switching to Verizon. T-Mobile has terrible service in general but the experience with this store and the headache caused by the incompetence is honestly the most unreal and frustrating consumer experience I have EVER had. The reason I did not return to this store to seek help with the issue is because I had no faith that they would be able to help me. I had spent about 3 hours there with a baby a 6 and 12 year old and it was HELL! If you do need to go into a store for help avoid this location at all costs!!!!!!!!!!

I went in there to transfer phone # from my old service to T-Mobile. Nick was so helpful, positive and had excellent customer service. I will definitely return to this store for all my cell phone wants & needs. More T-Mobile workers should be like Nick!!!

Absolutely 10 out of 10 customer service came in with some account problems that the Cheney location put onto me a new customer. And downtown was like yeah they completely screwed you over which was nice to actually hear instead of well the account looks okay on our part. They made me feel like my decision to move over to them was actually a good one. Anyway 10 out of 10 best store. Gonna be going here from now on!!!

The manager Robert and associate Bobby really helped out my husband and I went a big mistake was made by Haruka at the airway heights location. These guys cared more about keeping us as customers than making a sale, unlike her.

Amazing customer service - huge thanks to Ruslan for helping me out today! I needed to set up a new US phone as I only have my UK phone which is not super useful over here. Even though the store was busy, I received all the help I needed and got everything sorted as quickly as possible. Ruslan couldn't have done more to help - thanks so much. Would definitely use this store again, and would recommend to others.

If I could select 0 stars I would. I by far had the worst experience ever there. A salesperson by the name Ruslan was supposed to be helping me at he store on Main Street in Spokane, WA. There were no other employees there or customers at the time. All I needed was for him to explain my bill to me. He was super rude and kept asking me about Netflix on my phone. Mind you he didn't explain why he was asking this. Multiple times I answered him letting him know I didn't watch Netflix on my phone and he continued to drill me on that. I have no idea why. Then he proceeded to ask me about my account and how long I had had that particular account. This went on back and forth as I didn't know how long had NO idea they named accounts. Etc... By the end I was feeling super threatened by him. He wouldn't answer what I thought was a quick simple question instead interrogated me and just gave me the most awful stare. It was super creepy and didn't feel right. After this, he started texting me which made me fearful as now he has all my information. Definitely will NOT go back there. I told him he frightened me. I still never had my questioned answered as I had to leave out of fear. Will probably change carriers.

I stopped in the other on a whim to see if they could offer me a better deal then my current provider. I worked with Breena and she was fantastic! She set me up on the best plan and hooked me up with a new phone with a really good price. 10/10 recommend. (:

Breena and Robert are top shelf. I went in with my two kids to sign up for a new plan and phones for all of us. They were both very knowledgeable about the plans, and they made sure we got all the promotions available. Their level of customer service was stellar. T-Mobile is lucky to have them! They are definitely my go to store.

Looking for a better solution than I currently had with my home internet. Robert and Breena were extremely helpful and offered me a great solution. Transaction was easy and fast. Hard to find this level of customer support. Kudos to Robert and Breena. Keep up the good work. It DOES make a difference.

Great prices, great products, great team, nothing to complain about whatsoever. Ask yoko for help she will give you amazing service and she is very knowledgeable about the products she sells. Excellent service all around.

After having very unpleasant experience at southill- Regal Tmobile. I decided to go to a different store. I add two lines and purchase two new phones At south hill tmobile .They did almost every step of transaction and Sim card activation wrong.But in downtown branch Miss YOKO has welcomed us and she help us to activativate our lines. She was very kind and answered all my questions with no judgment. She should be seeing for her efforts. She represents Tmobile perfectly. Hope to see her as manager some day.Thank you again Miss Yoko!
