Tailwind Fitness is a gym with a laid back and relaxing atmosphere and a great staff of amazing people. The instructors are extremely qualified, very knowledgeable, and have high energy. They are patient, thoroughly explain everything, and modify training to suit the individual. The class structure far exceeds the open space model, with mindful attention to strengths and weaknesses. Independent work and personal one-on-one training are also part of this amazing gym, which provides wonderful results.
Callie is the best personal trainer. She's patient and thoroughly explains everything. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxing.

Jen did a wonderful job with the Beginner's Yoga class. Truly seems to care! Was mindful of everyone's strengths & weaknesses and led the class accordingly. VERY knowledgeable!!
