Helpful employees but so many items out of stock. Wasn't even able to find recommended substitutes for Doordash shop order.

Walked in for a gift return. And within 5 mins I remembered why I am not a Target shopper.

For the second time in weeks our same day delivery never arrived. I waited, sick, for three and a half hours for water and medicine and fruit to arrive. Target Circle serves no purpose.

I used self check out. When I got home there was a security sensor on the garment. I wasnāt prompted to have it removed and it didnāt even beep when I went out the door. So frustrating, and now I have to go back to have it removed. Why have these things. Itās outdated anti theft.

The staff here are CONSISTENTLY some of the nicest folks I have ever met!! Whoever does hiring as well as the staff themselves deserve all the stars...
HOWEVER
They need tp either build a second Target or put more money into the actual maintenance of this one because it is always PACKED and no amount of hard working staff can keep up with that many customers. I know because I often visit the South Hill and Valley Targets and they are considerably less crowded and in better shape for it.
I don't blame the staff. There's just noway they can keep up with the demand.
Whoever is in charge...
Please either build another Target nearby or put more money into this one. New carts for starters...the carts here are falling apart and sooo dirty! And some staff dedicated to janitorial would really help.
Target is certainly making a good chunk of money from this location given how rapidly items sell out here *again compared to nearby targets* they really should put more money into this one for maintenance and janitorial.
Every day here is like the first episode of SpongeBob when the Sardines arrive! It's chaos.

This 5* review is for Brenda! She was so sweet to accept my return for a book that was damaged due to the sticker Target puts on the cover. Truly just great customer service.

Canāt speak for the menās room, but the ladies room is ALWAYS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Employees seem to care very little about helping customers and actively avoid being approached by customers.

Target's demand that you always bring your smartphone with you for the best deals is profoundly stupid and customer UNfriendly.

Force us to use self pay. Dang. I prefer in person to pay. Those self pay can easy miss or easy thefts. SMH I hate self pay station.

I had a reason to interact with customer service at the Northpointe Target store, which did not involve a return. The staff was friendly, efficient and quickly took care of the issue. The way they dealt with my concern shows how they take care of their customers. Well done!

Generally a nice store. I donāt go out often because my disability makes things away from home less than magical. The north Spokane Target is typically clean and not crowded when Iām there like some of the other chains are. There is a good overall variety of everything, even food, but on a smaller scale than a superstore. The staff has always been friendly and helpful anytime Iāve needed help finding something, and the checkers are also courteous and patient with a dash of humor when Iām trying to figure out the ever changing electronic payment systems that play tap, insert, swipe swipe, double click, TRY AGAIN like itās a game of musical chairs meets duck duck goose.
The checkout lanes are usually crowded and there have never seemed to be enough real live checkers anytime Iāve been there. When they have them, they stagger them front back front back, all together now. Iām sure corporate thinks thereās a reason, but that checkout setup is the reason that in 18 years of living 8 minutes away, Iāve been to that store about 10 times. With all those empty lanes on the same row, they never open them side by side before opening the stands a few feet in front of them. It makes for quite a traffic jam and you can barely get through on a good day, add a walker, wheelchair, and several purchases, and itās a real circus. Such a shame, because there are several food items that fit my familyās dietary needs and budget that would have had me coming back quite often if it werenāt so restrictive to navigate through.
Now the biggest problem we ran into was as soon as we got to the store. After our 2 hour road trip from the new house in nowheresville, we stopped in at the rest rooms right inside the front door. Some people reading have probably picked up on the foreshadowing and know exactly where Iām going with this. My sister was ahead of me and tried to open the door in her little electric wheelchair. The door was too heavy and she got stuck I couldnāt do anything from my walker since I couldnāt even reach the door, much less push it open so she could keep going. Inside the bathroom is a short hall, the width of the door, so if you hold it open from the inside, you best be flatman so the chair can get by you and the door, forget the follow up in the walker, thatās going to have to be round 2 of, ālet me get that door.ā Leaving the bathroom is an even bigger adventure though because you have to actually call someone on the outside to open the door for you. We happened to have our dad waiting for us by then, so he answered his phone and then opened the door from the outside and was able to stand to the side while holding it. No one else came in the whole time we were in there. Holy rusted metal Batman! Run on over to the Staples a few doors down and grab some Easy Buttons for goodness sakes! ;)
I know this was a lot of complaining, which is why I tried to write a few positive comments in the beginning to explain the 4 stars. It really is a nice store, but I wanted to be more specific about the two things I see as overall negatives, in case anyone actually reads these.
