We are so glad we went to the Flagship store and met Laura. She walked us through the options for mattresses, frames, and pillows, making sure we tried everything out for long enough to make an informed decision. We could have been talked into any decision (we really wanted a tempurpedic), but Laura's expertise guided us to the perfect set for us. One month, couldn't be happier with our sleep. Thanks Laura!

I have never met a person so passionate about the well being of her customers than Laura is! She is warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. She really helped me understand the benefits of a Tempur-Pedic mattress and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend!
