Pat at 509 garage is amazing it is so hard to find a honest garage that just doesn't take advantage of the elderly or women. I have use 509 garage for several years and he has never recommend anything I did not need.

I would happily recommend 509 Garage to anyone!! They got my truck in having intermittent oil pressure issues, swiftly found the issue and made the repairs in a very timely manner!!!
Extra happy with Pat showing me the part that was the issue!!

We never officially got repair work done here, but we are so thankful for this family owned and family oriented business, with old fashioned values.
My husband, 2 small children (with a third baby on the way) and I were driving our motorhome to family camping when the air brakes started leaking. We were needing to immediately pull over so that the breaks wouldn't lock up in the middle of the busy street and cause a major accident. We were so thankful to see the 509 garage up ahead, so we pulled in there for safety and to deal with the issue. We were thankful that the closest and safest spot to pull in just so happened to be a highly recommended, well-reviewed, vehicle repair shop.
Since we pulled in at 7am, before business hours, my husband was on the phone with multiple bus mechanics trying to get the issue figured out. Then the owner, Pat, showed up for work for the day and came out to check on us to see if we were okay. My husband said that he was working on getting the bus moved or back on the road. Pat, being helpful, came back frequently trying to help and even giving us options and suggestions such as moving the motorhome off of his lot and onto the street. My husband then called an Uber for his pregnant wife and 2 kids until he could get it figured out. He was then on the phone with multiple businesses, all putting him on hold and not being helpful when Pat came to the rescue and said he was calling a tow truck for us. The tow truck showed up and took us to a great repair shop.
We left the motorhome to get fixed and took our family vehicle to go camping and are all on our way now!
You can really tell Pat cares about his existing customers and doesn't let even the slightest thing get in the way of his family oriented business.
Thanks, Pat, for helping us during an already stressful time! We will be sure to let all our friends and family know.

Pat and his team are amazing. Always super professional and make sure I am informed on what needs to be done on my vehicles. Pat is awesome about keeping me updated on the progress they have made when I have brought a vehicle in for service. I have been going here for over 3 years now and have no plans of changing mechanics. I could not be happier with 509 garage and the service they provide. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicles.

They wanted over $700 for maybe $200 worth of work and 30 minutes of labor. Their diagnosis was incorrect too cuz after repairing their recommendation the issue still persists. Left the car with them all day. I called 4 other shops in the area for the same work and they said I was being robbed. Wayyy overpriced and don’t let the no diagnostic fee fool you. You’ll definitely pay for it in the price of their repairs. They then had the gall to rudely call me and say they wouldn’t work on my car as if I would’ve authorized the ridiculous repair price anyway. They knew they were caught and didn’t want to do business with me. Wouldn’t recommend. Other reviewers are right and the fact that they reply to each negative review arguing with them says something.

I have brought my little old car to Pat several times for repairs and he is very thorough and honest. He explains in detail what the issue is. I know that when I bring my car here he won't try to do work on it that it doesn't need and I appreciate that a lot because I am poor lol. He recently fixed a one off issue related to a repair last year (not due to poor workmanship just stuff happens sometimes) and he didn't charge me. This is a great shop and I definitely recommend!

I decided upon reading the reviews to take my vehicle here to get a diagnosis and repairs. I used to go to another well-known mechanic in town but have been dealing with too many issues with them lately. I initially thought it was a solenoid problem because my car was rough driving. Pat was great! He diagnosed the issue and said it could be a couple of fixes: either an oil change or a solenoid replacement which was more expensive. I needed an oil change at the time, and we got that done. Pat didn't want to do unnecessary expensive repairs unless absolutely needed. Turns out it was the solenoid and i scheduled a time later to get that fixed. Car is running perfect now. I appreciate Pat's honesty and ability to get things fixed in a timely manner. I'll certainly be doing more business with the 509 Garage in the future. Thank you Pat! Cheers!

I had a great experience. I had to schedule my car's diagnosis a couple weeks out but Pat was generous, efficient, and in a couple hours they gave me an estimate. After he explained the problem to me I communicated I wanted to try to fix the car myself and he didn't charge me any money. Very thankful for their flexibility and willingness to help!

Bit of a late review, I came here to fix my transmission pan due to it leaking. It wasn't cheap, but they did the job. What shaved this from a 5 star is at first, they informed it was going to be $741 for everything. Then I had to return the next day and it was $40 more. Not sure, if I heard the prices wrong. But, the main reason is after I got my car fixed here, it made a lot of strange noises and shook a lot. I took my car to another garage for a light repair and they took care of that issue for free. Would I return, I think twice about it.
