I have been attending Barre3 for a couple of months now and absolutely love it! The ladies and instructors are so kind and supportive to everyone who comes in. They do a great job accommodating to everyone's needs and going as far as to remember people who come in! Overall, it's an amazing place to meet friends and exercise!

I had such a great experience at Barre3! It is such a great workout for any postpartum mamas. The instructors were great at providing accommodations and detailing how to engage the different muscles you are using. I’m excited to keep moving at Barre3!
