I love the gentle/restorative yoga classes. Everyone is always so helpful to find modifications that work for me because of my balance issues post traumatic brain injury. Wonderful atmosphere, wonderful people.

Great place and atmosphere, they are always packed and the classes through zoom are there for anyone who needs to be home ?the studio is large and bright inside with lots of room to move around ??
