I had an amazing experience with this mechanic! As a woman, I know many of us have dealt with shops that try to overcharge, but not here. He was honest, transparent, and gave me a fair price without any of the usual hassle. I’m sure other women will agree—it’s refreshing to find a mechanic you can really trust. Highly recommend!

Good guy! Thomas came out to help with a banging noise in my Toyota. He found the issue fast, explained it, and proposed a simple solution that both avoided an unnecessary expense, and causing another issue down the line. The kind of frankness you value in a mechanic. Glad I called him (and I'll do so again).

He helped my parents replace 2 belts and advised them to place a washer behind the tension pulley so it doesn't run so hot. Told them what other cats have the same engine and when they get the washer they will be calling him back to place it. They really loved him.

I called Thomas, he helped me over the phone and then even came out the next day to help me figure out what was going on with my GMC. He is a wealth of knowledge and got my issues figured out fast! Above and beyond anyone else I've come across to help me with my GMC, also kept me in the loop with it. He definitely knows his stuff and he was so nice and treated me with dignity. I will be asking him out for any other issues that arise and I'll be referring my family or friends to him as well. He had wonderful communication as well and was straight and to the point. Thank you so much!!

Thomas helped us with our early 2000s vehicle. The vehicle needed a part that was difficult to find and Thomas went above and beyond to find it. He was punctual and kept us updated on where he was in the process. His price was significantly lower than what a repair shop would charge us, and he did a great job. He came out to do a diagnostic on my vehicle not starting when it has power. He took 30 seconds to decide it wad the ignition switch. After deciding that he could fix it, he then told me "he doesn't work on dodge steering columns" and wouldn't do the job. I then asked him to replace my camshaft position sensor, which was coding, and after removing my battery he said I was "harder than he thought". It took me and a friend 20 minutes to replace it. We replaced the ignition switch that he said wad bad. No go. Tested the old one. It was fine. Worst diagnostic I've ever experienced.Edit: it wasnt the the ignition switch, it was literally the ignition cylinder, and i paid 150 for a BAD diagnostic that cost me another 300 dollars.

I had a bad cv axle and it was urgent to get fixed. I messaged him and Thomas immediately called me and we discussed the issue. Next day we got the part and he had it done within hours. Our riding lawn mower wouldn't start and I called Mobile Ark to see if they might be able to come out and take a look. We had phone issues and Thomas offered to text me to ask for more detail and provide suggestions. Will definitely call him again if we need help with any of our tools.
