I have been going to Nailry for 40 years. Beth and Ray have built their business on superior customer service, professionalism, and kindness. They know and treat their clients like family. I developed an allergy to a product and Beth found and ordered something specifically for me that has worked perfectly. Everyone I have sent to them is thrilled with their service and caring techniques. They also stay current on products and nail care that are safe. I would never go anywhere else!

I have been going to The Nailry for almost two years now. By far, the best nail salon I have ever been to. I feel so fortunate to be a client of this salon since they are always booked and rarely able to take on new clients. The salon is clean and the quality of their work is outstanding. If you are fortunate enough to be able to get an appointment with this salon, you won’t be disappointed! Definitely the best in Spokane.

I have been getting my nails done here for a year now and the care and knowledge that goes into what is need is unmatched. Beth is great with Hard Gel and all of my product sensitivities. This is the only manicure/gel polish that will stay on my nails. For weeks. Hard gel is a must for me and recently we even got to create my own color! It’s PERFECT.

Never have had issues with ingrown toenails or nails in my life. The tech cut the whole outside of my toenail off and was proud and acted like she had helped me. I've have nothing but pain and problems since. It's been about 4 months. I will probably end up having to go to the doctor and lose part of my toenail. I will literally never go anywhere to get my nails done again. This has been painful and terrible.
You can't find me in your appointment history? But I can show you my bank statements? Calling me a liar feels bold considering.

Love this place! I have been going to The Nailry since 2011 and will not go anywhere else. They have the most color options for gel and my nails always look fabulous. The owners Beth & Ray are the kindest people and always make me feel welcome!

I was a long time customer of the Nailry and recommended it to everyone. However, when I called in April I got a voice message and left a message for Ray, one of the owners who always did my nails, that I wanted to make an appointment. He called me back a day later and said he was booked because another nail salon had closed and the Nailry took over their bookings. He then proceeded to recommend a couple other places. So new customers get preferential treatment to long time customers. Loyalty means nothing to them. Their customer service is non existent.

I called to make an appointment and no one called me back so I went to beauty on Broadway where I get my lashes done. Sarah did a beautiful job. No one is ever at the salon to answer phone calls so would not recommend.

Most amazing nail salon I’ve ever been to - I’ll never go anywhere else as long as I’m in Spokane!! I get so excited for my appointments as the salon is so calming and Beth, Ray, and Ginger are so warm and welcoming. They care so much for their clients and do amazing work that lasts so much longer than any other gel manicure I’ve had. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nail salon in Spokane!Services: Nail painting

I'm diabetic and very careful where I go for pedicures. I had a very painful ingrown toenail and they took such great care of me! No more pain when I walk and my toes look beautiful! Thank you so much!

Their voice message says it all "tell us the time you want your service...if we do not have that time we will not call you back." Really??? I was willing to work with the cash only, but I don't know who has time to fuss with that scheduling nonsense. Totally one sided consideration of themselves not their customers. I've been to the Nailery for pedicures and have had the same nail tech, Shelly. She is wonderful! I love that their pedicures focus on nail and feet health. Shelly is always so positive and educational. I really feel like I am getting quality service, not to mention their pedicures are at least 3x the length of a generic walk in pedicure place. I love the dry pedicures and I feel like the calluses and cracks in my heels are getting better! Highly recommend
