I have been going to spin here for years and I really enjoy it! They have many instructors and they have different styles. You are guaranteed to find one (or more) that you love!! Recently it is getting a little pricey, but I'm not sure how that compare with other spin places. They do have deals sometimes though, so take advantage of those! Great energy, fun, inclusive atmosphere, and killer workout.

Humiliation, accusatory & racist microaggressions - Although I've been a frequent guest at The Union, I can't help but say it feels different now. Katie at The Union accused me for not having the correct shoes, which I did. Then she proceeded and demanded to search my bag. I didn't let her. The 4th amendment protects against the unreasonable search of an individual's property, including bags and purses. Unless The Union is law enforcement, no private business should be acting in such a way. She made such a scene in front of other guests, I felt embarrassed for the business. She kept saying there a was a problem, made lies that people were complaining, when literally no one did as people left the class and headed home. The instructor KNEW I was going to be there. I didn't engage with her anger, but politely left. Needless to say, I don't feel safe here anymore. No respect. No morals. No basic human decency. I'm a person first before a customer. No matter how late someone is to a class, no one deserves that kind of aggression.

We rented a private spin class for my wife's birthday and it was incredible! Scotty lead an amazing class and all staff involved were incredibly gracious and helpful. Excellent experience 10/10.

Pretty good spin classes. Sound system could be much improved. Bikes are old and could also be much improved.

Yall... THIS LOCATION IS A MUST GO. If you enjoy spin and haven't been, you are missing out. Scott is a legend ? He's a great spin instructor and his vibes are immaculate. If you've been on the fence because you're scared or unsure if you can do it, GO! There are ways to modify anything they throw at you! They also have a ton of other classes! Go pick something up for fun, I promise it'll be worth it?

The staff and instructors are excellent! Great energy and vibes. The only problem I have had is trying a yoga class while a spin class is going on next door. The music blasts through the walls really interrupting mindfulness, meditation, and overall experience of a flow. Definitely will return for a spin class but maybe not yoga. Still a fan of the Union but my unsolicited and uninformed advice would be to stagger the classes a little to prevent some of that. Of course in reality it might be difficult to do that but that's just one idea I think might help.

Everyone is so kind. It's not intimidating for those just starting out. They have yoga 101 and TRX 101 available too, so it's comforting knowing you aren't just getting thrown into something with little to no experience. There is so much positivity in there. LOVE it.

No better way to wake up at 5:30 to the repetitive beat and pound of dance music. Not sure how anyone thinks paying for this experience is worth it, but good on them. Trying to live above this studio is an awful experience to be certain.

A company that never ceases to amaze me with its lack luster customer service, way to go.

I never thought I'd really get into spin but wow. My first class was with Rachel Rowley and she's the one that kept me coming back. The music is LOUD which is exactly what I like when I'm working out. I burned about 600 calories a class so it's an amazing workout and you feel totally cleansed with all your sweat at the end. There's yoga too, personally I tried a couple classes and they were too fast paced for me with not enough instruction. Going to spin with Rachel was the highlight of my week, she always knew exactly what to say when I needed to hear it. Thank goodness it's usually either dark or black lights cause no joke she even made me cry. The people at the desk were always incredibly friendly and helpful. Destiney Martin was also a huge favorite. So thankful to have such an amazing experience here!

Community and culture is the core of the Union. They embrace you like family and motive and inspire through words, music, vibes and kick butt workouts. Get in, get out or hangout if you’d like. Their perfect trio of TRX, SPIN and YOGA is just what I need!

Went to the 5:45am Spinning class this morning and it was the most phenomenal/euphoric experience I have ever had. The instructor Allison, was so full of energy and positivity that it made the class absolutely unforgettable. I am the General Manager at Downtown MUV Fitness and been in the field of Exercise Science/Kinesiology for many years and this one class was the best workout I have ever done. Beyond a FIVE STAR rating!
