I feel petty for writing negative reviews but when me and my girlfriend were shopping for clothes and jewelry for her one of the shop employees followed us to every corner of the store while making it clear that she was following us by not breaking any eye contact for what seemed like 10 minutes. I understand theft and needed to do your job but it’s so disrespectful that you would have to go out of your way to do. Pretty positive that she had at least 3 different employees keep a eye on us as well. When we checked out a product that we had almost been rung out for the cashier got a radio called and said “yes we have them in this section”clearly talking about us.I would give this location negative stars if I could. We will definitely not be going back to this location ever.

I could walk in T.J. Maxx for hours searching for the nice deals. I always spend at least one day a month here. Good variety selection of clothes for the whole family.And this is one of the best places to buy holiday decor in Spokane.

Usually have to wait at the jewelry counter for 5+ minutes for one of the wandering employees (that sees me waiting for assistance) finally comes over. Normally I have to track one down for help. A lot of the jewelry changes color and isn't what it is as listed and/or breaks within a week. And if you buy a piece and it breaks, return it, and they'll put it back in the case marked down a dollar or two for it to be someone else's problem. There are a handful of nice helpful employees while the rest are rude and have no idea what they're doing. The prices are outrageous throughout the store and the clearance is preopened/used products. The shampoos and soaps aren't good at all. The place could use some fixing and some more employee training.

The manager MJ went out of his way to exchange a ring that was bought as a gift but was the wrong one. I explained how much the correct ring meant and that he had it in stocks, after the woman at the counter said no, he said yes and absolutely made our day. We also bought more. This was an example of excellent customer service that these days are so hard to find. MJ if you read this thank you again so very much, this company is lucky to have you as a manager! The best customer experience we have ever had! Cheers.

Pretty good place to shop for things. Did not have what we wanted and that is the crux of this store. Somewhat limited on certain items. Prices are good.

Gnomes know gifting! The Northside TJ Maxx in Spokane always well organized and one of the best places to find fun last minute gifts and holiday decor. I buy a lot of gnome decor for friends and family and absolutely love their selection of pet supplies. The staff is friendly and helpful making your shopping experience a breeze.

I always find special gifts or unique clothes. Great deals on good hair products. Update. Things are still the same. It's nice to go here at the end of a season. When other stores have moved in to the next season, you can usually find something fresh as the season winds down. Example: looking for a sweater in January? Or a swim suit in August?

Great selection and prices but it's more thrift style. Meaning what's on the floor is what they've got and you can't guarantee something you want today will even be on the shelves tomorrow
