It is a cozy store, not dingy or cheap, where customers can take their time to find exactly what they want. The service is always friendly, welcoming, and super helpful, with knowledgeable staff who are passionate and experts in their trade. They provide a high degree of expertise, especially for pipe smokers, and can recommend new tobaccos based on personal preference. The experience keeps customers coming back over and over. Absolutely amazing shop. I travel all over the country, and I will be visiting Doug whenever I am in town. He has a fantastic selection, great prices, and customer service that will truly knock your socks off. I wish there was an option to give a 6-star review.
