Worst customer service ever in North Spokane. Bought 6 items and 3 rang up incorrectly. And the wannabe manager asks me “what is your end game mister”. I have forgotten more about retail then he knows. I would like a written copy of the Corporate Home Depot scan pricing policy. And I want to go make wannabe read it

We went in to buy a few pallets (yes pallets not bundles) of insulation. We waited for them to get the pallets and when they tried to take them out to the loading zone there was a black GMC Denali parked right up against the loading bay door which prevented the forklift from being able to pass through. The associates helping us all tried to page the owner of the truck. I do not know who Darlene is as far as management goes, but she came over and was very rude to one of the associates who was doing a very good job helping us. One of the people loading asked Darlene if she would page the owner of the truck again. Darlene very rudely told the associates that she will most definitely not page them because they were shopping for flooring and a water heater. They parked in the loading zone so they could go shopping and Darlene would not inconvenience them so that we, who at this point had already paid, could not load our order. At that point we had been there for 45 minutes. The store and parking lot had very few customers, and we had five very good associates doing what they could to help us. I am not one to write bad reviews ever. In fact I make a point to only write good reviews, if you can’t say something nice don’t say anything at all kind of philosophy. But the way Darlene acted towards her co workers and the flat out rude attitude towards us needing to have our order loaded out (the blocking truck literally only needed to be moved a few feet) prompted me to write this. We ended up asking for our entire order to be refunded and we went to Lowe’s instead. I have to give a big thank you to all the associates involved and say you guys are awesome, and you have my sympathy for having to work with Darlene every day.
And to the self entitled jacka** who blocked an entire loading bay door so you could leisurely shop for floor and a water heater, I hope you are forever cursed with a leaky bum.

Home Depot contracts with installers of their products
You have to wonder how they vet these folks. I am sure there are some GREAT contractors hired thru them but not Trademark Mechanical & Heating!

NOT the place to go to save money! Every time I have needed a tool rental over the years, Home Depot has always been 30-50% more then the other local tool rental places for the exact same piece of equipment. The one time I did use them, I was charged an extra fee, even though I had specifically asked how to avoid this extra fee before hand and made sure I followed the instructions I was given. When I talked to the tool rental manager about the extra fee, I was given poor excuses about how their employees were new and didn't know any better. He wouldn't take responsibility for their lack of training and refused to issue any type of refund. Based on his comments, this issue was a common occurrence and blamed "ignorant customers", instead of looking for a way to fix the issue before it happens and keep happy customers. The extra fee was approximately 50% of the tool rental charge. Moral of the story...don't relay on what an employee tells you and rent elsewhere.

I received a damaged cabinet from a online order. According to the website I should've been able to get it refunded to a gift card to buy something else but was sent away with a broken kitchen cabinet, no refund, no replacement. Employees were extremely rude. Disgusting service. I called corporate and filed a complaint with the BBB as now am still stuck with a broken item when I paid for a brand new non broken cabinet. I can't even finish putting my kitchen back together!!!

Do not hire their tile installers. My parents originally scheduled back in April and it’s now Mid July and they still don’t have a set date. They cancelled 3 times. They don’t even cancel until the day of scheduled service! This is ridiculous!!!

So I am at Home Depot today and the older gentleman in front of me shows his ID for a veterans discount. The clerk tells him he does not qualify for a discount so the gentleman asked to see a manager. They ask me to go to another line because this may take a few minutes. I tell them no thanks I want to hear this. So a young cocky full of himself moron comes to talk to the gentleman and says no you do not qualify. The gentleman tells him he has always gotten a discount there.

Ordered a grill through their site and waited all day 6am to 8pm for an order from this store. Mid way through the day they changed my order and didn't notify me. I noticed, called them, and they said that the website had made an error. I would have to wait 4 days. never buy any kind of packages from these guys cabinets, appliances , ect. the people are rude been waiting 3 months for a fridge they keep pushing back. I'm living out of a dorm fridge and cooler. they won't work with you on nothing. also talk to people like they are little kids. home Depot is a joke . period. don't recommend this place one bit.

Great place, always enjoy going there knowing they will have what I need. The knowledgeable staff is always smiling and eager to help if needed. My son and I like going for the kid workshops. They treat vets great, even with their own reserved parking spots! All in all one of my favorite places to go, surprised to see others have given lower than the highest rating.

I will never shop at HD again. I had made a small purchase and used my new HD card. I was encouraged to sign up for paperless statements. Well I forgot about the purchase and one day I get an email from HD saying my account is now 60 days past due. Mind you I have never missed a payment on anything in my life let alone 60 days late. Upon seeing this a payment was made. Now I just get an email telling me my credit line has been reduced and I have a mark on my credit score. Obv

Brought a newly purchased mower that failed after 6 weeks in for repair. After 12 days I called to find out when it would be ready and was told it had been ready 2 days ago. Nobody called to let me know it was ready. Had a really positive interaction with the tool rental guy, but they dropped the ball by not letting me know when it was ready for pickup.
