The first time I went in it was great I got the nails I wanted and the lady was super nice. But this time the guy did it and my nails aren't what I wanted, their not the same length and one of them had a build up of polish that makes it look weird.

Didn't even shape my nails. I asked for almond. I had long natural nails. That had acrylic previous but I had just removed them so I filed my nails. The guy working there didn't reshaped them and kept digging the file on my skin. I kept pulling my hand out because it hurt really bad. Also cuz me with the electric file. Doesn't know how to hold the nail file. Never going back and do not recommend.

Hasn't been crowded when I've done a drop in but you can also make a reservation. The owner whose name I believe is Betty couldn't be more friendly. She did a great job on my nails. When I got back to Spokane from a long visit in Seattle, another woman who worked there did my nails and also did a fantastic job. Affordable and quick. Free parking. Very clean. Totally recommend

I have been going to Kelly at Top Nail for a while now and she is literally the BEST! I’ve been all around Spokane and am ridiculously picky… shapes, colors, and jewels… She has everything.
