A cashier on the north side of Spokane has been telling people that they are going out of business and that is the reason things are being discounted, getting people to increase the size of their orders. After finding out that it's a lie.....I won't be back on their store. Even if they are slightly cheaper, it's not work the serious lack of good customer service

I always seem to over spend here, but I've yet to be disappointed in my selections. It's usually because I ask the staff what they recommend and they are very well versed in their work. They've got everything you need when it comes to libations for your party... Except the designated driver. A pleasant staff and a large selection to choose from will always bring me back to Total Wine.

Love this store. Always has what we are looking for but the customer service sucks. The girl today was more worried about her break then helping us. My friend was in the middle of her transaction when she switched with someone for her break. That is so rude. And why when have separate transactions she has to see all of our IDs at once. Seems ridiculous

After returning from many years overseas, I was excited to visit a Total Wine again... while the selection is still pretty good, both the base prices and the insane Washington liquor taxes have made this place as, or more, expwnsive than everywhere else. I also felt that their scotch collection was limited and they only had NAS, young or not well-esteemed offerings. I also wish they had more armagnacs. Wine selection, as always, was good, and they have improved the number of gin offerings, but again, the prices were much higher than I expected.
