Wrote that first part years ago. Still holds true. This is the only place I'll take my vehicles. They've always been nothing but honest. Also they are great about communicating with you.
I know they go above and beyond for their customers because I've seen it myself. My girlfriend's friend had an engine failure that was gonna be expensive. Tune Tech worked with the dealership and the manufacturer to get her back on the road pretty cheaply.
Dealing with cars sucks, but these guys make it easier.”

“After waiting for 3 hours for a tow from another company on a miserable night, calling Divine's and having them show up in the promised 30 minute timeline was the best call I made all evening. Chase showed up with a warm truck and a quick smile, set me at ease, loaded my car quickly, and delivered me and the vehicle to the dealership safely, even making sure that my ride had arrived before he took off. “I received a call from a friend who owns a local transport company. One of his drivers was towing a trailer with three vehicles on it when the trailer rolled and came to rest, partially blocking a state highway. I had used Northwest Towing in the past and knew they should be my first call. I described the situation and sent a few photos to the driver/dispatcher. They arrived on the scene within 30 minutes. They quickly and safely began work to release two of the vehicles from the trailer. Once the cargo was safely disconnected, the trailer was uprighted and moved off the roadway. The two remaining vehicles were then uprighted and moved safely off the roadway and traffic was quickly back to normal. The courtesy, professionalism, and affordability I have received from Northwest Towing are unlike any of the other tow companies in town. They are the only company in the area that I trust with my vehicles. They treat you and your car like family.”
“I had an airbag service light and alarm dinging coming on in my 2014 Chevy Silverado. I had taken it to Autonation Chevrolet two times to try and get it diagnosed. The first time they said they couldn't diagnose it unless the alarm was going off, which was happening only randomly, so that was frustrating to first, not get an answer, and second, to have to continue driving a vehicle with the alarm going off when I couldn't take it in, and having to listen to the alarm for sometimes hours at a time. So I took it back the second time, telling them to drive out around themselves until the alarm went off, then give me a diagnosis. After having it a whole day, they simply told me an airbag needs replacing for $1800. I had a feeling they didn't really diagnose the true issue, and tried to talk to the tech, but they said he'd left for the day. I never got an answer about how they figured it out, and why the whole airbag needed replacing. So I took the truck to Divines for a second opinion. In about an hour, they told me they found broken wires in the passenger seat, between the airbag and the sensor system. They said they could repair the wires for about $250. I approved, they fixed them, and I have had no more alarms going off. Thank you Divines, for actually knowing how to diagnose the real problem!! I am so grateful.”

“Had them remove a lift kit, do brakes, and fix a messed up wiring issue with my taillights and trailer connection on my 2012 ram. Gave them a deadline of a week and they got it done despite having to order quite a few different parts. Manager was very kind and patient with me, and kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way.”

“I think I reviewed this place before, but I’m drunk off of the same beer I bought from this place a little while ago.There was a cashier here, forget her name, but she helped through a really rough breakup. Even though she might not realize it.I asked her for advice one night, considering the relationship at the time… she gave it so freely and I am so grateful.Random cashier, I hope you know how wonderful you are.She had some poignant advice that I really took to heart. I think she had blue dyed hair at the time. Long gone from Spokane since then, but if this ever reaches the right person, may god bless you if that’s what’s you believe in or w/ ever. 5 stars”

“My roadside assistance service used Pacific for my tow. I did a quick Google review search to see what to expect. What I found is that you need to also read to company's response. Always two sides to every story.Here is my experience. As soon as I got the message who my provider was I called Pacific. Rosa answered the phone and was very pleasant and helpful. She told me that it would be two hours, because there were two customers ahead of me. I was called by Rich when he arrived. Went to meet him and that's when things got crazy. I couldn't find the keys. OMG, I couldn't believe it. After 20 minutes of looking I told Rich to get going. He said that if I found the keys he would come back. So understanding of him. After much running like a chicken with my head cut off, my wife finally found the keys after 2 1/2 hours of searching. Called Rosa and Rich and they were great. Rich showed up at 8pm, we got it loaded, and he delivered it to the dealership. Anyway. Great communications. They were very understanding and flexible with my issues. I'll use them in the future. BTW, they also do lock-out service.”

They squeezed us in last minute and got my car done 3 days ahead of schedule so we could take our trip on time.They washed and vacuumed it after the repairs. Small business that still has that small town friendly vibe. Highly recommend!”
