I used to go here as a kid (about 30 years ago) and it still looks pretty much the same... With the addition of some new machines that take digital payment and credit cards. My washing machine just died, so it was time to visit the Laundromat and of course I came back to this one. I was greeted with a smile and started doing my laundry. After the rinse cycle almost finished, I noticed there were still a lot of suds in the washer, because my washing machine died in the middle of a wash cycle my clothes had too much soap still in them. She was so nice and started the cycle over again for me for free.
It was so nice having a clean Laundromat to come to with friendly, caring service. I highly recommend them.

I attempted to go into the facility to wash my clothes. I saw the sign on the door that said to keep close at all times. I respect that! My hands were full with a laundry basket when I opened the door. The door closed most of the way behind me but was about 2 inches open. I was trying to put my basket down to return to close the door. Before I had the chance the woman worker rudely stated “Can you shut the door behind you?” Very snarky… I stated I am just going to put the basket down. She rushed passed me and stated “you could have just kicked it closed behind you. I have had to close it all day.” I re picked up my basket and left. While doing so she was stated “Did you forget something?” I informed her that she was rude about the situation and I would no longer be giving my business to this establishment. She looked shocked and returned to folding. Yes I closed the door behind me when I left. Rude, lacks professionalism and communication skills.

It was recently my 1st experience going to a laundromat & it was a bit overwhelming Erika is so friendly & helped my silly-self out & gave me tips. I've caught her cleaning the machines which warms my ocd heart I use the Pay Range app with their newer machines which makes it so easy & I don't have to use up all my quarters ?There are vending machines, drip coffee, a quarter machine, tables to fold, chairs, & rolling carts for easier lifting (or for your toddler to sneak in while your back is turned).

We Love Erika and are always appreciative of the services we receive here! We are a wedding venue who offers table linens. They do a great job cleaning and ironing our linens and getting them ready on time for pickup when we need!Truly rockstar people!

Our washer broke and we have two 24 year old boys that work labor jobs. Imagine the laundry needs. This place is close to the house so we decided to give it a shot.The machines are great, but the most motivating factor for us continuing to use their laundry is Erica the store manager. She provides great guidance on which machines to use for our needs. She is always pleasant and enthusiastic with the job she does. For me it is never about the technology and always about the customer service. 5 Stars for Erica representing your brand to perfection!

I was passing through on a work trip from Colorado up to Everett, WA just North of Seattle. The hotel's laundry center was too busy for me to use in the time alotted. The almighty, all-knowing Google provided good reviews for "Tumble Laundry Co." and I decided to try it. Very friendly staff, plenty of machines, clean and VERY affordable and reasonable pricing. I'll use this place again in the future. Thanks.
