U haul was absolutely amazing. I didn’t catch her name but the lady that rented me the u haul on Saturday afternoon went above and beyond and was great. Very sweet and helpful.

Moved 3 miles away in town and made two trips. They charged me for 189 miles. When I told them that was impossible, they seemed very helpful and said they’d fix it and refund the money back onto my card, would just take a few days. Fast forward two weeks and I had to call corporate for them to refund me. Ended up only getting 75 bucks back. Scammer company. Zero accountability. The second star is for the apology they never gave to me, that one is free.

The staff not only did not have the truck I reserved,but the replacement truck apparently could not be accepted onto my account. So they gave me a different truck from the shop. They told me it had a faulty fuel gauge and that the check engine light was on, but it ran just fine. I made it 40 minutes into my trip and put $22.00 in the tank and a grand total of 1hr and 10 mins into my trip and I am sitting on the side of the freeway, out of gas and waiting on Roadside Assistance. I will never go through UHAUL again.

The truck had broken pieces (window lever, windshield wipers, gas cap housing) and smelled like cigarettes. The steering wheel was worn and sticky. The gas was really low. The back hadn't been blown out before I received it. And the mobile app wouldn't let me check the truck in after hours.

Quick, easy in/out. Mobile app didn’t work to pick up box truck. Customer service was friendly and very helpful.
