Gate is often broken so you cannot access your storage, or get out It is a simple storage and kind of pricy for what it is I pay $100 for the smallest size and it is not temp controlled or anything special I haven’t had any issues other than a bit of price raising and the gates

This hotel was clean, rooms were awesome. The staff was very helpful and nice. There were a lot of sports going on this weekend and a lot of people staying here due to a lot of players are from out of town. Great breakfast lots to choose from. I'm so glad I chose to stay here.

Good price, but surrounded by homeless living in cars next to their shopping carts. Not sure my stuff would be safe.

My experience with the manager Cory and his team is that they are not just renting storages and trucks these people and Cory actually care about their customers having compassion when needed and making customers feel important .Cory is an amazing manager with his team representing him as a manager and making his customers over the top feel at ease with using uhaul as a business and has made many people in different situations feel grateful that he is the manager and the one watching over their belongs I have rented trucks and storages from Cory for over a year I have sent numerous friends to uhaul north spokane and they have always talked about there experience with Cory and his team to be a positive experience in customer service .a shout out to Cory and his team representing how people should be treated like I said if their were more people like these guys the world would be a better place to live in...

I don't know if this is the correct U-Haul to rate. But when I got a U-Box in a high stress situation, shipping it from Spokane 1718 miles away it was a highly stressful situation with so many things that could go wrong. And a few things did go wrong in the process. The manager was quick to take care of the issue and more than helped me. I understand mistakes happen. And when it did, I was helped beyond appreciation. You restored my confidence in U-Haul, and I am beyond grateful. I hope this review shows my appreciation for the extra mile that was taken with my U-Box container. Thank you, and I trust the company entirely with my items.
Side note for Corportate, get rid of the wood boxes. The metal ones are 10x better, and even the employees agree with me.

Don’t waste your time or money with this place, besides the fact they’ve raised the prices 3 times in two years for an unmaintained property, the management is avoidant of their duties and incredibly unprofessional when confronted about it.

My mom used to be the manager and my brother and I lived there in 2007! I don't know why, but I had a lot of fun there. I found something that I still have to this day 16 years ago! Back when it was Spokane Storage. I feel old now! I was just 8 years old.
