What a great surprise, Cory and his crew at this place were so helpful and great prices!I needed to rent a trailer and they made sure I was set up and did a bunch of extra work for me that I didn't deserve and didn't pay for. They showed true consideration for their customers and it helped a ton.

I returned the truck I rented, after hours and on time, per the contract. First thing in the morning, I was charged an additional day. I was also charged for missing equipment; for a dolly I was never given. I had to call to straighten out the charges. I’m not sure why this place cannot keep track of a dolly, and does not have some kind of equipment inventory. Also, if the contract shows the truck will be returned after hours, why would the customer be charged for an additional day. How does that make sense? I feel like this location’s right hand does know what the left had is doing. This was my go to location for rentals, that is no longer the case.

I returned my rental an hour before the scheduled time. I didn't add the fuel, so I knew I would be charged for that. But I was charged over $400. I had been charged for an additional day and for missing equipment. The missing equipment was a dolly, that I had requested, but never received, and didn't end up needing, so I forgot about it. The extra day was charged even though the truck had been returned on time. I had to call to get it straightened out, but this should never have been a problem in the first place. It should be obvious that if the truck is scheduled to be returned after hours, verifying it is actually late would be a good idea, before charging the customer. Being charged for equipment I never got was also surprising. It makes it look like no one knows what is going on. Isn't an inventory kept, and isn't someone aware of what equipment is checked in and out at a given time. May I suggest a barcode system, where a dolly could be scanned on checkout and scanned on return. That technology has existed for quite a while. In summary this location seems to be a bit chaotic and the employees appear to be untrained. The professionalism is just not there. I also attempted to raise this complaint via online chat, but was cut off without warning when it took over three minutes to type out the complaint on my phone and to look up the address and paste it in, as well, per the agent's request.

Kory, the General Manager was awesome!! There was a line out the door and he kept things moving quickly and efficiently. He was kind and kept his cool and by the time people were helped they were ALL telling him how amazing hebwas... I wish ALL Uhaul employees were like Kory! Thanks so much Kory for all you do and for making Uhaul experience a great one!!!

I needed a pickup to haul away junk from a yard de-weeding project. Reserving the pickup online, I dropped off at the UHaul location, checked with the woman at the counter, signed documents, and got the keys to a clean new pickup. The pickup, with strong acceleration, was easy to load, drive, and manuever. Once finished, the drop off was a quick checklist, and done. I'd rent from U-Haul again.

Corey was awesome!! Co mmmm outerwear were down and he remained calm and professional with all of us waiting in line. Treated everyone with the utmost respect kindness and courtesy.

Location was not existant on google maps. managers and staff to stated incorrect prices upfront, the odometer adds miles incorrectly. We followed the gps miles to the t and it was supposed to be 22 miles, ended up being charged 33 miles. Either something is wrong with google map's calculations or your odometers are rigged! Unprofessional, unethical and untrustworthy business practices. Staff ignoring us, others with prejudice and disdain. Lastly being charged weekend rates on a weekday. And not being told this price upfront but springing it on us at the end of the delivery. Charging out-of town prices when literally traveling within the same town.

I recently rented a covered trailer for an in-state move. Cory the manager was incredibly helpful and kind when I stopped in to ask questions and weigh all of my options. When I picked up the next day there were a few delays as things got busy and my light hook ups needed repair. So things took a bit longer, but they did everything to get it hooked up and ready to go for my trip. Drop off was super quick and easy, and renting a trailer was very affordable. A couple other workers assisted me while I was there waiting and they were polite and professional as well. I would definitely use this location again after my experience here.

Location was too far from my house. I needed a trailer for a road trip, so it was considered “local”. I reserved it online from the location closest to home. But then I got a call on the day I was to pick up the trailer that I would need to pick it up from a different location, 35 minutes away! That’s over an hour of my day. I was hoping I could return it to the closer location, but when I tried, they said I had to take it back to the one that I picked it up from. Very frustrating right after coming back from a long trip.However, the people at the location were very kind and helpful.

It wouldn't hurt if your staff pretended to either like their jobs or not consider us customers as a nuisance when we come in. A simple smile and enthusiasm in their voice would be a great starting place for them. Also, just cause they've probably hear it a million time from various customers they shouldn't sound dismissive when customers are explaining or saying something. Just nod your head and go along with it. Basic customer service would be very much appreciated.
